Emailed this absolute joke of a business regarding doing some flags for me, they sent me a proof of flags which I agreed to have done, they then sent me an invoice which I paid within 30minutes of receiving invoice. Sent email with proof of payment, NO response , did not get told when I would receive my order, I emailed again still no response, called their number to be told they will check and call me back , a week later still no contact with me , messaged them again to be told I would receive my order Monday /tuesday , still no order delivered, messaged and emailed again no response, messaged and emailed again requesting a full refund , still NO RESPONSE, I will be taking this further through the courts to get my money back plus compensation, total disgrace of a business

Super quick delivery of last minute feather flag order thanks

Buyer beware! I bought some flags from this company and paid £12.50 for next day delivery. Nothing was ever delivered and no tracking info given. Wrote to complain but did not get a reply to any of my emails let alone a refund - there does not seem to be a customer service department. My experience suggests that this is not a bona fide company.

Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Ordered a custom print flag back in December with express delivery. When no update was given I emailed two different support emails. They only got back to my start of January. They said they were closed for Christmas, fair enough. They said custom print takes 10 days and they'll refund the additional cost of express shipping. That was about three weeks ago. No update about my order and no refund. Honestly at this point I wouldn't be surprised if the good reviews are purple from the company because this just seems like a scam.

Placed an order with express delivery. Never told it was shipped, I had to contact the company. 3 working weeks later, no sign of my order and they’ve stopped replying to emails. Stay away!

I ordered a Squirrel Scout flag on 13th April with our group name sewn onto it, needing it for St. George's Day Parade on Sunday 23rd April.
It arrived on Thursday 20th April, and looks fantastic.
I cannot praise them enough. Thank you.

Waited months for a refund despite promises from Ian.
Not sure if they are not very good or a con.
Best Avoided.
