United Pet Express were great in every way.
Moving pets internationally is a daunting process but United Pet Express made it so easy. Everything explained clearly.
Our Jack Russel brothers Basil and Rusty flew last week from Sydney to Bangkok to Chiang Mai where we picked them up.
The staff at United Pet Express are genuinely pet people who care.
Through their trip we had constant updates and photos of where they were and how they were doing which was great.
Overall a great experience.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend United Pet Express to anyone looking to transport their fury friends internationally.

We needed our cats transportation from UK to Thailand at fairly short notice after being let down by another company.
These guys were just great. Took care of everything for us. Happy cat delivered safely to us! Thank you.

I highly recommend the services of United Pet Express if you are looking to relocate your pets and they need to stay in Thailand. We relocated our dog from China to South Africa who required a 30 day stay in Thailand. The thought of having our dog by herself in a completely new environment was stressful but Joy and her team (John and Mick) were incredible in alleviating our stress.

The team were outstanding in keeping us updated with videos, photos and texts of our dog's mental and physical wellbeing during her stay. We could clearly see she was receiving alot of love and care. The facilities looked clean and spacious with separate rooms from other animals. This is incredibly important as our dog needed a health check before she flew out and we didn't want to risk her getting sick from other dogs. This provided us huge peace of mind.

Joy and the team showed a high level of professionalism in organising all of the necessary documentation, health checks and flight bookings which alleviated a lot of stress from our side.

The service we received was worth every penny.

I used UPE service to transport my pet from Thailand to USA. Everything is super smooth and communication is top-notch. I especially express my gratitude for Joy, director aka our project manager. ! She is amazing, responsive and professional. (She was super responsive for my tons of questions starting from the journey till the end. ☺️) I am going to spread the words for their great service to my other friends. I referred her to my other friend and they brought their big sized Golden Retriever to USA in a few days! Service is quick and smooth!

We flew our French bulldog Kiki to Thailand from the uk. We are so happy with the service and the attention and care they took with our fury baby, she is now relaxed and settled. Highly recommend these guys for your needs

The team here at United pet express looked after our pugs importation from Australia to Thailand, and they did a fantastic job. A last minute change was easy enough for them to deal with and they ended up dropping off the dogs at our hotel in Bangkok.
Great communication via WhatsApp along the way with photo updates as well.

This was my second time using United Pet. The first time, Joy and her team helped fly my two dogs from Yangon to Bangkok. When I needed to move them to London, she was the first person I contacted. I was worried because they’d never flown so long before, but Joy and her team made sure all the paperwork was in order and helped facilitate the latest check in possible at Bangkok so they didn’t need to be at the airport very early. Joy also arranged for a UK company to collect and deliver my dogs to my house. They arrived happy and healthy :)

Excellent service, everything was taken care off. Joy and the team have gave both us and our dog Nala top priority and best of care.
Notwithstanding the long journey, she arrived happy and relaxed.

Great communication about how to pick up our dog in BKK airport. Explained process and was quick to answer questions. Our dog was handed over at curb from an air conditioned van. Happy and looked good.

I was kept up to date by Joy and her team throughout the process. A slight hiccup or two was promptly resolved. My little dog arrived perfectly safe and happy!
