Order never arrived despite having paid for it

I ordered a dress back in July 2025 and never received it, despite having paid for it. I had some email correspondence assuring me that they would find out what happened to it, but nothing since, despite emailing them again. Do not order from this company if you wish to receive your goods.

Scam company

As others have stated, I ordered goods from Mint London (Unity London rebranding).
Returned my poor quality items which they claimed I then needed to pay for the customs charges in China.
I asked for these to be deducted from the £127 they owed me.
After months of arguing they agreed to a refund which they said would be refunded to my account within 5-7 days.
Of course I did not receive it, so I requested these money back via my credit card.
The company have had an unbelievable cheek to have challenged the payment dispute!
My credit card company will continue to dispute the payment as I have written confirmation they would pay a refund and never have.
DO NOT USE THEM

Don't be fooled by the name change - this is Mint London and still terrible

I ordered clothing from Mint London, who have now rebranded themselves as Unity London. I thought they were a UK company as their website leads you to believe. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I did or I would have seen the thousands of negative experiences. I tried to cancel my order, but they did not let me saying it had already shipped (according to the tracker, it hadn't).

When it arrived, the clothes were poor quality to say the least. I asked about the free UK returns. You have to email them to 'get a return form'. When I did, I was told I would have to return the goods to China at my expense and this would be considerable. Well, it wouldn't have been £17 with Royal Mail but other reviews said that they would then claim not to receive it. However, Mint London offered me a 20% refund and to keep the clothes.

A month later I have not received the refund and I get regular polite but useless emails from customer service assuring me it just takes time and thanking me for my patience. When I ask for evidence the payment has been made or when to expect it they don't answer.

I am now pursuing action through Trading Standards and telling everyone I know on any platform available not to buy from this company.

Scammers

This company was Mint London, like all the other reviews, they are scammers. I ordered a top, they sent it to wrong address and blammed me for giving them an incorrect address. I paid by credit card..had I have used an incorrect address, clearly the card company would not have authorised. Complete scammers...KEEP WELL CLEAR

This company masquerades as a bona-fide…

This company masquerades as a bona-fide company and I have twice been stung by them and their previous incarnation Mint-London (they are now trading as Unity-London). The first time they sent an item that was at least 2 sizes too small and when I went to return it I discovered that I would have to return it to China at my expense (which would cost me c£30 with no guarantee that I would get the refund anyway). Then they changed their name and I am ashamed to say I was burnt again with an order that has taken over a month and still not arrived. The company will not consider refunding my money for either order. Don't be fooled by their professional looking web site - it is a cover for a factory producing shoddy goods based in China.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!
This is Mint London renamed.
Total scammers, claim to be British company, they are not!
Based in China, selling cheap knockoffs! What you will receive will be nothing like what you ordered and appalling quality.
Then if you want to return it, they will insist it is returned to China!!
They may offer you 20% refund, then 30% and the. 50%, each time claim g you are an ‘exception’ and they don’t normally offer refunds.
Then they will ignore you and not give the refund.
Utter crooks!!!

Another scam company

Another scam company. Was previously Mint London. Purchased a tee shirt but this was too large. Does not refund although it offers a percentage of purchase and I was told to keep the garment. However even if you agree to the percentage they offer, they do not refund. This company constantly rebrands after a while. Beware when buying goods through Instagram.

Unitylondon/Mint-London

Please note that this company is Mint-London rebranded.
I do not recommend purchasing from them if you want the option to return goods. They have the same returns policy as Mint-London which in my case meant goods had to be returned to China if I wanted a refund.
