I had a very concerning experience with…

I had a very concerning experience with UniUni delivery service.

My package was delivered to the wrong address despite having a complete and correct delivery address clearly listed. This alone is unacceptable, but what makes the situation more serious is that my personal phone number was visible on the package.

Because the package was left at the wrong location, my private contact information was exposed to individuals. As someone in a management position, this creates a real risk to my privacy and personal boundaries. My phone number is not meant to be publicly accessible, and this situation could lead to ongoing unwanted contact.

Delivery services are responsible not only for accurate delivery but also for protecting customer information. This experience shows a lack of care in both areas.

I strongly urge UniUni to improve their delivery accuracy and take more responsibility in safeguarding sensitive customer information.

Due to this experience, I have lost confidence in this service.

A delivery company that failed

I would never recommend this company. Their sole job is to deliver your parcel safely. They failed. My door cam footage shows the delivery driver just throwing the package at the front door despite the box have bright red fragile stickers on it. Don’t trust this company with your goods or parcels.

Package was shipped from the UK

Package was shipped from the UK. It arrived in the US on Sunday. There was no more data on it until I contacted eBay and got them to inquire. The package is sitting in their warehouse in New Jersey and has been there since arrival in the US.

My package was delivered to the wrong…

My package was delivered to the wrong address and they won't take responsibility. My address includes Apt. C and they delivered it to an Apt. C somewhere else. I sent them a picture of my front door for comparison to the front door they delivered and now someone else has my package. Worst customer service ever. I wish I could give them less than one star.

Currently waiting for a package....it has been saying out for delivery now for the past about 50 hours....more then 2 days. Cant get a straight answer from customer service and just got a message that I have to contact the arrange delivery. Which is what they were supposed to already be doing. And cant get a response from them about that message now.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Never heard of the company

I can honestly say this experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. I had never heard of this company until I received a notification claiming that my package had been delivered. However, when I checked, there was no package at my door or anywhere on my property.

After reaching out to the company, they provided delivery details and a photo of where the package was supposedly left. The location shown was clearly not my address, nor did it match the area they described. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the delivery and the possibility that my package was mishandled or even taken.

To make matters worse, when I checked with my front office, they had received someone else’s package that was also delivered to the wrong address. This shows a pattern of careless delivery practices.

Overall, this situation reflects a lack of reliability and accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend using trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS to avoid these kinds of issues in the future.

Worst Delivery Experiences Ever, All in One Week

Systemic Falsification of Delivery Records and Professional Negligence

Company Name: UniUni

Tracking Number: [UUS6391930255541618]

I am filing this formal complaint to document a systemic pattern of deceptive logistics practices and professional negligence by UniUni. Over the past week, two separate packages handled by this company were characterized by verifiably fraudulent tracking updates and a complete failure of customer support.

Incident 1: Fabricated "Business Closed" Exception Earlier this week, a residential delivery was delayed after being marked "delivery attempt (business closed)." I was present all day at my home address. Customer support later admitted the package was not even in the state at the time of this "attempt," confirming that UniUni generates falsified exceptions to mask internal logistical delays.

Incident 2: Fraudulent "Force Majeure" and Falsified "Rejection" The handling of tracking [UUS6391930255541618] was even more egregious. After being "out for delivery" for 12 hours, the status was updated to "failed attempt due to severe weather." This is a blatant fabrication; at the time of this update, it was the warmest it has been in weeks, with clear roads and no cloud cover.

Most critically, the system now claims the package was "rejected" by the recipient. This is an outright lie. I spent the day pursuing this delivery through three phone calls. During the final call, a representative promised redelivery within 48 hours; instead, the package was immediately processed for an unauthorized "Return to Sender."

Reputational and Financial Impact UniUni’s decision to falsify a "rejection" status has severe consequences. As this was a transaction with a prominent seller, this false status directly damages my reputation as a buyer on their platform. The seller is now under the impression that I am an unreliable customer who refuses shipments, which risks future account restrictions or suspension. Furthermore, these failures caused a recall of my time-sensitive items, making it impossible to receive them in time for their intended use this weekend.

Buyers on any and all sites, if the seller you're purchasing from ships thru UniUni, find a different seller.

Worst delivery firm ever

Worst delivery firm ever. I've been fighting with UniUni for weeks because they keep leaving packages, addressed to me and to my neighbours, out in the alleyway behind our building instead of bringing them to the front door and using the intercom to be buzzed in (like every other delivery company does). Trying to get them to understand the problem they create .... theft of merchandise .... is either beyond their intellectual grasp or they just don't care. I know that several of my neighbours have complained to them as well.

My policy: When I order online I ask the shipper if they use UniUni. If they do, I cancel the order. If something nevertheless gets delivered by UniUni, I return it and tell the shipper I won't order from them again. Until shippers stop using this shoddy outfit they will keep recklessly mishandling other people's property.

UniUni throws deliveries in the middle of my driveway, instead of using the Delivery Box

After numerous complaints directly to UniUni and multiple post in Trustpilot and the BBB, the company's delivery drivers actually put the deliveries in the Big Blue delivery box right by my gate. That was for 3 deliveries. Today, 3/19/2026, I had a delivery by UniUni and the delivery driver threw the package in the middle of my driveway, right in front of the big blue delivery box. This company has a bunch of idiots for delivery drivers

Today I got the message from Uniuni…

Today I got the message from Uniuni saying that, my order have been delivered. However, after I checked all the mail boxes,I spent like 30 minutes to find it,but didn't make it.and then I directly messaged the customer services,it asked me a few questions about the tracking number and more info. After wasted a lot of time of talking to the AI customer service, I didn't get any further emails and supports. MY MONEY IS ON HOLD and the item that I need is missing, what a awful experience with this company. FIRST TIME AND NEVER WANNA ORDER THINGS FROM IT.

I’d give a 0 if I could

I’d give a 0 if I could. Their in competent driver left my package at an outside door with a bright red sign that read “sprinkler riser room”, therefore my package was stolen and not actually delivered to me. They have the WORST refund process. You have to jump through so many hoops, send tons of pictures of your place, reconfirm all of your info, and then you still have to wait for an approval. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve stopped supporting businesses that use them.

Scam UniUni

UniUni has gained a notorious reputation for acting as a "black hole" for international packages, specifically those originating from Chinese marketplaces like AliExpress. While they present themselves as a modern last-mile courier, their operational model often appears designed to fail the consumer while benefiting from unclaimed merchandise.

The process typically follows a suspicious pattern: your package arrives at a local UniUni warehouse, and within hours, the tracking is updated to "Delivery Failed" or "Address Incorrect"often without a single delivery vehicle ever appearing on security footage or a notice being left at the door.

Phantom Delivery Attempts – Tracking updates frequently claim a delivery was attempted at times when residents were home, yet no physical proof of the attempt is provided.

The Refund Diversion – Customer support often directs buyers back to the original seller (AliExpress) for a refund rather than attempting a redelivery, effectively removing the buyer from the equation.

Inventory Retainment – Because return shipping to China is prohibitively expensive for sellers, many abandoned packages remain in the courier's possession, leading to allegations that the merchandise is eventually sold off or kept.

Non-Existent Customer Support – Communication channels are notoriously difficult to navigate, with automated bots or unresponsive agents who offer no concrete solutions for locating "lost" items.

Absolute garbage delivery service

Absolute garbage delivery service. The driver took the picture of the correct building but never thought that building was the one they were supposed to deliver to???? If they even went over there, they would have found the correct 307. I can't even find the other 307 they apparently left it at! It can't be an English comprehension problem because Spanish-only delivery drivers can at least get the right building!

Very unprofessional

The courier rang my buzzer, I said hello multiple times, he ignored and was chatting on his phone in a foreign language. I didn't know who he was, so I didn't unlock.

He came to my floor and deliberately left my parcel at another door. I asked him if it was for me, he just complained that "I took too long" to justifies why he's giving away my parcel to someone else.

He wouldn't leave my parcel at my door, he wanted me to open the door and take it from him (I'm a woman and I told him I was not properly dressed) I stayed inside and took it then closed my door. He knocked asking for it back to take a picture.

He played a very loud arabian audio on speaker (night time) in our quiet building.

They have lost another package of mine. Delivered to the wrong house. Picture of house is not mine. They do not care at all. They never resolved my last issue and probably will not resolve this one either. Please for the love of God quit using these people to deliver!!!

Deliveries and support you can't count on.

Don't count on the Uniuni driver to follow delivery instructions, nor to leave your item in a secure location, nor to send a message when the item has been delivered.

Don't count on Uniuni customer service to correct delivery problems. They will get back to you, but it may take a week.

What has worked best for me is to shop with companies that don't use Uniuni for delivery.

Useless Delivery Company

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst delivery company ever! I ordered a parcel that was scheduled to be delivered on February 12th. The delivery failed as the office was closed. I have since scheduled 2 SEPERATE deliveries that I was told would be completed within 10 business days. Well here we are on the 10th business day of the 2nd time I had to reschedule the delivery and still no package. Their customer support team are a joke. Not helpful at all. My package is just sitting in the Kanata warehouse. I would NEVER recommend this delivery company.

Just bad. Avoid at all cost.

Aweful and unreliable delivery company. They suck at keeping you updated. Your package 9 times out of ten will not be out for delivery when it's written that it's supposed to. They will also not bother where the hell they drop your package. Many times did they drop it at the entrance of my driveway, it's long and we can't see packages from the house, they dropped it into the snow during -30C temperatures. Once left an electronics device there for 1 hour since they didn't even tell me my package was delivered until a while after.. Another time dropped the package at the local Canada Post box. Litterally 4 minutes away from my house. 0/10. Try to avoid. Pay more to avoid is possible.

This company is a joke

I will just say the same thing everyone else is saying, the company says that they attempted delivery several times, NOT TRUE. Now they are saying the package was delivered and it most certainly was not, been here all day, no delivery. Customer service is non-existent.
