Univair despair

If you require aircraft parts, this is not the company to use, rude and unprofessional wrong parts despatched, never admit a mistake. We will never use this company to supply parts again, you will pay for express deliver but it won’t be, you will not get a refund, the parts manager will simply tell you not to shop with them if you have an issue.

Further to that they have just informed me that if I don’t receive my item it’s not their problem, you couldn’t make this up 😡😡
