I ordered a product nineteen days ago and still haven't received it. The money was taken out of my bank the very next day. I have emailed the company four times and rang three times with no reply either way. There has literally been NO customer service received from them what so ever. They don't answer their phones (EVER) as it goes straight to answerphone. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. The delivery advice says if you have not received your parcel within five working days please alert us and we will investigate it for you. I emailed them to ask where the order was four times with NO response. How these people still trade is beyond me...! I'm getting on to trading standards on Monday....! Disgusted at this firms lack of communication and customer service.

Still haven't received anything. Going to call interpol

Low prices and great tools

I made an order a week ago. Nothing happened. Cash was written off from my bank card. I sent them e-mail twice. No response. No acceptance. Nothing. Fraud.

ordered clinder snapper paid express delivery which turned up late. When i did recieved the item looked nothing like whats advertised good as rubbish really. Could made better one myself.

Never had a problem, always delivered good stuff in a reasonable time.

They don't stuff you for the VAT and postage at the end either - the headline price is what you pay. Which is a refreshing change from other sites selling lock tools!

UniversalBumpKeys clearly failed for me.
At first there was a problem where they almost charged the exchange rate between EUR and GBP twice because I wanted to pay in Euro. Luckily I noticed the sudden price increase and cancelled the payment process. I explained the problem via E-mail and was told they solved it by removing the exchange rate option completely from their website. Until today however, nothing has changed, the problem still exists. After I ordered the item in GBP and let Paypal handle the exchange rates, everything seemed to work.
But then I received the wrong product. It was basically just a different version that comes at a lower price. I have the strong feeling that I was sent this product deliberately as it is actually a more common version with more or less the same features.
Having payed more than the product's price however, I contacted them again several times but as of today I have not received a single answer.

I clearly recommend not to buy from this site. There are other places to buy from with better prices and better support. I only ordered from this website because I wanted a very specific version of a product that none of the other sites offered.

The customer support on the site needs some work as it can take a long time for them to reply to emails if they do at all.
Despite this the delivery problem I had has been resolved in a nice manner.

The goods were sent to the billing address and not the shipping address. Only by accident that I could pick up the shipment. Tools good quality as I expected. Quick shipping and well protected.

I have used this website a few times and they are always very good in terms of delivery times and the products they supply. I would defo use them again

I wasnt happy with their service at first as it took them 4 days to ship the item BUT it turned out that they were dealing with some maintence issues .they honestly refunded the postage and kept replying my emails. My 3rd party shipping company has confirmed they recieved the item. I recommand their service and will deal with them again.

I recently bought a Southord 22 piece lock pick set from these guys and I had no problems whatsoever. Not only were they cheapest but the delivery time was excellent. Just need to master the art of lock picking, not as easy as it looks!!

Didn't receive product, so emailed customer service. No reply. I called them up after 8 days and was told I would be called back later. I wasn't that day so read reviews which said they don't always get back to you, they did saying it was sent to billing address. Amateur mistake seeing as paypal says delivery address and you inputed it also.

Delivery was fast, web site well laid out and full of info. Bought some Southord picks ( the slims are great and appear to be hardy).
Not much more can say but will be buying from them in the future and would recommend to my mother never mind just a friend.
