Darcy from The Marion Store was so so helpful and answered any questions we had to be the booking process easier! With the booking it was good to have someone who was looking for the best flights for us possible and for a reasonable price too! I would recommend that if you are under 30 and looking for the best possible flights then this would be the place to go. If you’re in The Adelaide Area then go to Westfield Marion and visit Darcy in universal travel!

My mother and I were served by a bubbly, knowledgable and compassionate young lady named Amy Scothern. She’s the most friendliest and kind-hearted sales representative at your werribee store! We were one of those usual annoying customers, but Amy did her best to accomodate us, she was so professional and extremely patient throughout the entire exchange, even going so far as to stay back after hours to help us out. She went above and beyond, she is truly an asset to your company!

Simone was very quick to respond to my request, she searched best deal for me and the flight was booked, paid and electronic ticket issued promptly. Thank you will use you again For the 3rd time.
