Awful company & people.

Awful company & people.
Harassing me for nearly two years, work was so bad, i put a stop to the contract. The contract that onces it is signed is removed, so you do not have a copy.
Terms and conditions are on website and silly people state terms and conditions can change!!! errr not if you sign a contract.
I have got legal involved, and they just laughed and said the contract is not worth the effort, defiantly made up by Danny.
This is not just me! their is a group of us that have been victims to this mans crap.

Brilliant service

A great company to partner with for building and hosting your website. What i love about this company is that it's fully integrated with all the marketing services for me under one roof. I started with Social media and expanded the services I used from them as my company grew.

These guys are the worst

These guys are the worst. Massive pressure to get you to sign a five year contract selling the dream. Then the work they do is absolutely ridiculously poor.

Not to be trusted on anything as all they want is your money and nothing else.

Running fraudulent websites...

Running fraudulent websites like your-next-car.com which DOES NOT have permission from the dealers to be using there data, Listing vehicles that are not for sale. The manager Danny doesn't get back to you. EVER.!! Has no answers regarding the information on his own sites and where it has come from. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR PAY THEM A PENNY.

A fantastic service for my social media

A fantastic service.
I started working with Universal in July 2024, I took out their social media package at £50 a month. They create me daily content which they then post for me.

The content is great.
The service is very reliable.
They have saved me a lot of time, and my clients are sharing my content commenting on it, because it's that good.

Their service is helping me reach new people, which is leading me to find new clients.

HELL

HELL!
Give the man credit he can sell! But you have to be able to deliver the service you are selling. I’m all for employing & educating young & inexperienced staff, but if you are selling a professional service you need to have experienced staff to educate & check over their work. Employing cheap staff to maximise your profits, and charge a premium rate is not a good business model.
When I raised issues, he did say I was the first one to ever complain & he never answered my issues, still has not done this to this day.
I contacted citizen advice & they advised that the company have broken data protection, committed major breach of contract & breached contract. For my personal & company protection, I stopped them posting anything else. They have not tried contacting after sending a recorded letter, just sent me automated emails demanding money.
The stress, worry & upset this has caused is not acceptable.
This man is one of the people who is part of Nexus & this is how he gains his trade.
The contract has one company name ‘Universal Social Media’ & the terms of the condition go through to a link for this company name ‘Universal Web Design’ making the contract with no terms & conditions? Or he needs to invoice with correct company name, it’s very messy, especially when one is VAT registered & the other is not. So sales invoices have no VAT, expenses go through the VAT registered company. Either way I’m never paying him, I paid for the sub standard work, (advertising other companies on my socials & posting my salary/commission) but not going to pay for no work.

Magnificent Social media 😊

Made a few long term investments with Universal group ,the best investment by far was the social media which I’ve been working closely with Lilijana on the type of posts that I would like & she works tirelessly to provide a high quality service, with daily communication on what posts I would like ,what’s good or bad and changes need to made she does it daily & as a business man providing high quality work I’m not easily pleased, but Ive had several people complemented this year saying how good my social look so the proof in the pudding ,super happy & punctual & with genuine care been absolute pleasure to work with anyone looking for someone to help with your social look no further than Lilijana at Universal Group 😊👏

Big SCAM!! To those that wanted to try Universal…

To those that wanted to try Universal Web Design or Group services, please be aware that this is a BIG SCAM!!
Please be careful when you give access to your passwords, on my case they steal everything I had ( e-Com, domain, website) transferred the domain without our permission, took full access and give us admin’s even if we signed a NDA.
When we ask to return they send us a 5 years invoice to be paid around £7000 ( we didn’t ordered 5 years service) to can have back what is our own right. Theirs employers don’t have a clue how to manage or how to handle it, the PA service is worse, the lady there said cause she doesn’t know nothing about me or my issues, or how to solve it, she seems bothered. In one word “she doesn’t care “ Danny Neville is available only when is to close contracts and takes money, but when a issue appears you can’t find him or is not working on that department any more.

After I have paid monthly 12 months, at the end I have nothing, they steal everything but still asking to pay around £7000?? Without giving me the order details or when I order or approved this.

I do not recommend this businesses at all! Nobody get back to you or give you any monthly reports for the services required. They only send invoices and take the payments.

They don’t only steal your on property but they also use your public website page to attach the invoices with outstanding balances that you haven’t ordered! And you can’t do nothing to remove it, because they have full control!!
Don’t use them!!
