Excellent experience for a non resident.
I got very active outreach and later support, and the process was easy. I got guidance and help throughout from the team. The documents were easy to upload and things one normally has around anyway and the verification was seamless. Post set up, one of their banking partners reached out about an account and that too was set up in 24 hours! Very happy with the experience with Uniwide Formations.

Before making the payment, the team was very sweet, humble, and professional. However, after payment, their responsiveness dropped significantly. I experienced long delays in replies, and my issues were not addressed in a timely manner.
I believe the company should improve its post-payment customer support and response times. Good communication after payment is just as important as during the sales process.

We take post-payment support and responsiveness seriously and, based on our records, we replied promptly throughout and kept you updated at each stage. You ordered a UK company formation as a non-UK resident, and the company was registered very quickly. You submitted your documents for our ID verification checks on 26 January 2026, and the company was formed the next day, on 27 January 2026.
We understand that the frustration arose after the company was formed, when you could not then open a business bank account for your UK company as a non-UK resident. This is a common difficulty but is completely outside our control. We even state, clearly, that we are not directly involved in the process of opening any bank account. Our role is limited to referring clients to banks and payment institutions that consider applications from non-UK residents: The decision about whether to open an account is entirely down to the bank or payment institution.
For non-UK residents, we offer referrals to four money service providers as a possible banking solution, which is more than most providers in the market. However, we have no influence over the decision as to whether an account will be opened.
Any application is assessed independently by the bank or payment institution under its own terms and conditions. Approval is never guaranteed and we cannot influence or override a third-party decision. Uniwide Formations provides referral or promotional links only and is not responsible for services provided by third parties.
