Ware nicht erhalten, lange Wartezeiten
Vor 6 Wochen bestellt - Ware immer noch nicht erhalten. Auf Nachfrage beim Kundenservice hieß es, es sei was beim DHl schiefgelaufen, und es müsse erneut bestellt werden. Bei der erneuten Bestellung wurde nicht mal eine Sendungsnummer vergeben - Grund diesmal: Der Zahlungseingang müsse von der Buchhaltung abgeglichen werden.
