Tommmy sorted a ModSec issue that was affecting my site within minutes of me creating the support ticket. I wasn't expecting such a quick response and resolution, but this showed Tommy was really efficient and quickly onto things.

We have a very robust system but sometimes experiment with connecting databases, and occasionally things can not always produce the desired effect, When this happens I have confidence that the team at Unlimited Web Hosting can help which they did today in a very responsive and helpful manner.

In truth, I've been less than impressed with UWH. Although they do offer good value for money, the dashboard is far from user-friendly. Also, any updates to my websites can sometimes take days to come into effect, which I never had a problem with, back when I used a free hosting provider.

UWH is okay, but far from excellent.

No matter what time of day, how convoluted the problem their help staff always find a solution to the problem.

Good value for money. UWH has the fastest customer service available 24/7. The problem is that TTFB is high!
