I placed an order to unlock a pre-paid…it didn't work, but customer service was remarkable
I placed an order to unlock a pre-paid phone and when I wasn't able to do it, I contacted them. They responded promptly with some tips. I then made a video of me trying the different methods, sent it to them, and when the conclusion was reached that my phone wasn't able to be unlocked, they replied within a day to confirm that it couldn't be unlocked and offered a full refund. I really appreciated the stellar customer service and straightforwardness about the issue! Thanks again to the UnlockRiver team!
