I ordered an unlock for an iPhone 4 with FIDO for my friend, i was little concerned as there was no status update after 5 days, i contacted them via chat, and they informed me there was an ongoing issue with Rogers server. I was little afraid of it, and these guys promised me that I'll receive an update by Wednesday night, and for my surprise, i received an email the next day, my order was unlocked successfully. These guys are the most trustworthy team and very hard working, friendly to get my issue resolved.
