Love the shoes! Glad I opted for one size bigger (I have wide feet and they’re pointy toe shoes). The leather and the zipper were a bit stiff at first, but they seem to be getting softer/smoother.

dream shoes
I ordered a pair of dream shoes (so unique!) from this wonderful Portuguese brand. It arrived in the UK in a few days time. The shoes are well made and exactly as I imagined. They have great sales and I’ll be keeping an eye on them!

I had made a purchase in early August, but the item was sold out so I was promptly fully refunded. To my surprise in late August, they reached out informing that a new pair was returned and it would be reserved for me, all I had to do was purchase through the site. The shoes finally arrived and they are as beautiful as in the pictures and very comfortable. I'm usually a size EU36 (and have already purchased a pair of boots in this size that fit well) but the slip on sandals fit great 1 size up. Thank you once again UF, I will cherish these lovelies for a long time!

Do not recommend
I ordered sandals on sale and although my card was immediately charged, I did not get a shipping confirmation nor a tracking number. After a few days I contacted their customer service to check what was happening. I received a reply that they’re checking and nothing else. A week later, still no news about shipping. A few days after my third email I received a reply that they found a pair and that they would send it, but I was already going away on holiday so I cancelled my order and asked for refund. I finally received my refund and that is the only plus side, although, due to changes in exchange rate, I got back less than I paid in my currency.

Thank you Kristina for your feedback. We tried to clarify previously by email that since the pair you ordered was the last pair available at a local concept store and they could only deliver in a time frame that didn´t suit you, we gave you the option of getting the refunding in total even though it´s not our policy to do that in sales.
It took us more time unfortunately to tell you if the pair was available, because the local shop only answered a few days later.
Since the pair wouldn´t arrive in a date that was good for you, we did what we always do in the case of refunds which is to click on Shopify website the refund option and it´s out of our control the amount of funds they transfer, since they don´t only enter our account if we accept the order.
The difference you mention is unfortunately the exchange rates that are controlled by the banks and shopify platform. We also gave you 10% discount in your next purchase as a way to apologise for the experience.
We hope to improve and we thank you for your comment. We did the best on our side. Have a great day!

Beautiful shoes and I was very happy they arrived in good time. the end of the straps is fraying after one wear - so it could have been better for you to use a stitch rather than just glue - but excellent customer service and not a big deal in terms of the overall look of this shoe. I love that this is a Portuguese company and the shoes are made in Portugal 🇵🇹 - vaiiii portugal :-)
