U-Pack Moving Reviews 

Delivery service and pick up of U-Pack container was smooth and efficient. It made our long distance move so much easier. I will say that the container doesn't hold as much as I originally thought based on square footage but for the price and the distance it worked out for our family. My advice is whatever you think you need double that. Otherwise everything was great.

Cross country moves are stressful. UPack staff was supportive and there for all my questions providing a smooth transition to my new location. Very affordable pricing. Highly recommend for your next move.

We used U-Pack with our Move from AZ to MO and they were fantastic on both ends. Trailer was dropped and picked up exactly when they said it would be. The main customer service line as well as the depots in AZ and MO were efficient, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend U-Pack!!!!

Really positive first experience with a moving company. The truck was large and worked well for our needs. Communication was easy.

Everything U-Pack said would happen happened when it was supposed to. Cost was exactly what was estimated. One thing was bad - the cube had a few holes in the back panel, which I didn't notice until I'd already done some packing so I put duct tape over them. Check your cube before the delivery truck leaves! We packed it securely and everything arrived exactly how it left.

The model is excellent and good value. The problem came with assigning drivers. When delivering the empty truck, they were 2 1/2 hours outside the window, and when picking up the empty trailer on the other end, they were over 2 days late, and the driver had to dump a trailer at Wal-Mart to do it. ABF is under-staffed, and the drivers know it; not their fault. BTW, tip them well; they work hard.

We are from Australia and we booked Upack to move our son graduating college, from California to university in Missouri. Every, single aspect of the entire process was outstanding. Customer service was probably the best I've encountered professional, polite and very friendly. ABF drivers at both were great excellent, communication via dispatch and everything arrived in perfect condition. I recommend this service 100% and would definitely use them again.

I have used U-Pack twice now for out of state moves. With each move the experience was smooth and pleasant. No hidden fees, and the drivers were very helpful and friendly. I really don't want to ever move again, but if I did, I would use U-pack for sure.

I have used Upack for moves to distant locations in two separate locations. I am not one to typically post reviews, but upack truly does exceed expectations. They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, flexible, and affordable. I cannot recommend them enough.

From start to finish, customer service was outstanding. Any questions I had were quickly answered. We were not sure if we could fit everything into one ReloCube and the company provided a second…if we did not need it, no charge. We did fill 2, and we packed in one day…the company came to pick up the ReloCubes the next day. Their estimate of delivery date was spot on. We emptied the ReloCubes the same day we received them and the company came the next day to pick them up. Best customer service/support I have experienced in a long time…..

Reliable, container came in without any damage. Easy to pack if you have rachet straps. Good communication. Wish you could schedule a pickup same day - did not like having to leave a full container overnight.

Do not use UPack use anyone else. Pay more it's worth it. A lot of my items got delivered damaged. I spent a week submitting a detailed photo claim. They took 0 responsibility denied me. WHAT DID I DO... BRAKE MY OWN BELONGINGS. They are horrible BEWARE

U-Pack worked well for us. The pickup and delivery at both locations went very smoothly and all the drivers were very nice. This is the second time we have used this service and we did not have any damage with our freight so wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My cross-country move went smoothly. The cubes were picked up and delivered on schedule at both ends. The packing tips and videos on youtube were helpful. I followed the advice, and nothing was broken, damaged or missing. The drivers who delivered and picked up the cubes were friendly and professional, as were the folks on the phone at the local shipping centers on both ends of the move. It worked out perfectly!

Amazing start to finish - professional and totally painless, as much as cross country move can be. Would highly recommend and use for my next move.

Their customer service is too notch, from the person over the phone to the driver who dropped off the trailer. We were highly pleased with how we were treated and the ease of it all. If we moved again I would definitely use the Upack company.

I didn’t expect such speed and efficiency. Got my load to my destination within few days. This is to anyone, forget about renting UHaul or using Pods for your long distance move. U-Pack is way cheaper. I budgeted about $2600 for my move and I ended up just using about $1600 worth of space. This is ridiculously way cheaper than what I would have used for UHaul or Pods. Thank you U-Pack. You did this one for me perfectly.

EVERYTHING from beginning to end was so easy. Pricing is up front and clear. No surprises! I highly recommend using these people instead of a moving company. I used 5ft of the trailer and it was perfect. Every person I talked to was so helpful and kind. I’ll use u-pack next time I move for sure!
My stuff went from Utah to Texas and everything got there with no issues. Drivers on both ends were so helpful and kind. These people are doing it right.
