Upinsales 

We are a manufacturer and we came across Upinsales while looking for a suitable sales rep in the USA and Canada. Upinsales followed up with us very promptly. We went for the 4-month visibility package.

In the first place, we weren't guided completely and were not aware that we can search for sales rep ourselves instead of waiting for them to reach out to us. Also, though we sent over a requirement file for their consultation, we didn't get a response.

They contacted me after I leave this review on Trust Pilot. They did offer support and completed their promised tasks. We are trying to find a rep on Upinsale but haven't found anyone suitable for our business yet.

That's why I still keep this review in place.

1. Very professional support from consultant Jane - In every issue I had, Jane gave me great advice, clearly described tasks and recommendations. It was also great that I received calls on my phone to make changes on the platform's profile. It was much easier and faster to update information for better listing results. Thank you Jane, you are a professional at your job!
2. Wide directory of Sales agent profiles. It is good because you do research on your own and write to sales agents that provide all your needs.
3. Low capacity of answers from sales agents. It was a big issue, because from all messages I sent there was a quite low number of answers back.
4. Lack of agents who are English fluent speakers. Despite the fact that our main criterion for sales agents was fluent English writing and oral skills there were representatives who were not speaking in English at all.
5. Big breaks without any responses or new sales agent applications.
6. Service price may be too high for little business.
7. Just 15 messages per week. It is a very small number for a period of one week.
8. Platform is very easy to use.
9. A lot of sales agents are not ready to work on a commission base despite it is the main criteria of platform, a lot of times they ask for fixed salary every month. It was quite difficult to fix and make an agreement that will satisfy each side.

Of corse each case and business is very individual, everyone should understand their needs and the best way how to approach them! :)

Does it not feel like she has been your friend-for-like ever-BESTIE!!!
Listens to my suggestion and maintains a professional attitude, even when I sound crazy!! Yeah, crazy put my address up on the web?? ok-but she calmly said it's not policy. Now that I think about it-thank god if I did there's staff watching out for our safety. Great interpersonal skills and keeps me updated.

So we have renewed our advertisement for another 6 months.

Low platform, agents are not real, service they provide is kind of fake after you pay. Another platform that promises results.

They even changed their 'Brand name" Now they are called Upinsales, before this they had another name. They only changed it to avoid the bad reviews.
