NO INTEGRITY..... Forget the "no restriction"

it is no surprise that the last 28 reviews before this one are all ONE star! This company is a worse SCAM than Bernie Maddoff!
Like the prior 28 reviewers I got denied payout and cancelled account for rules which never existed when I signed up with them. Rules and reasons for denial which are as ridiculous as can be. here they are:

- High Frequency trading? Have they looked up the definition of HFT? in no way trading ONE contract inside of 10 to 20 points inside 60 second on the NQ qualifies for HFT.
- unusual high amount of orders entered during short period of trading time. When does 1 to 4 orders per day which hit SL or TP within 60 seconds equals to High amount? How are we supposed as small retail traders to control an instrument volatility?

Their servers cannot keep up with the data being sent with the market. I have documented evidence (videos) which show latency of up to 11 minutes!! (and that is only because I stopped measuring). so here you go if you dont notice, you send an order and it is filled or not at a price which can be much different than when you expected the trade to take place. and when you finally notice, you're out at SL or you close immediately but they will record it as a trade inside 60 seconds. Bear in mind you may not see your order for 60 seconds or more!

the email Uprofit Compliance sends you is shaming you. Here's an excerpt:

.... and there is plenty of bold font being used!

RUN, RUN, RUN ... the only integrity which is lacking is this company's!

Do not trust them, they denied my payout, and closed my account after 6 wining days with this rules that do not exist. Most of my profits are from trades more than 5 minutes with 10 micros, maximum 15 micros.
"Utilizing high-frequency trading tactics and maximum leverage in short periods to manipulate the system and gain an unfair advantage.
Upon reviewing your recent trading activity, our Risk Management Team has noticed that a significant portion of your trades have durations of less than 60 seconds."

When there rules are "(iii) Micro scalping trades with a duration of less than 10 seconds, any micro scalping trades during any
instrument market open/close are strictly prohibited and may be subject to loss of profits and/or account
termination."

RUN they are scammers.

Was good while lasted, Run as far as you can from Uprofit, plenty other great firms out there dont pay them a single Doller, i was denied a payout for no good reason. just run

Sweet traders, stay away from Uprofit, they will not pay you. Thay went in same direction as Fast Track Trading. I think more then a year I am with them, they were offering nice service untill I went for payout, they denied my hard work and terminated my account. I spent thousands of $s with them, but who cares. Which is most dissgusting lies, they lie to you, they changed rules and added with unknown name "Good trading practices" they knew that no one would pay attention to this and they can happily denie our hard work. I opened the account at list 2 weeks earlier then the ne lie rules arrived. I have 20+ years experiance" in the market and they are telling me "Trading is not a gambling activity—it requires discipline, risk management" You Uprofit should know that lie and hidden rules is the Sin and you will pay for it.

Trade the same way w Uprofit as Topstep.

Topstep I’ve never had 1 issue & payouts processed/in checking W/I 48 hrs max.

Enter Uprofit’s Zero 50K which I thought was a nice addition to the prop industry. My 1st payout w/ 95% win rate & not only was payout denied but account terminated.

Again same trade setups as w Topstep & Uprofit evals of which they passed & took the activation fees w/ no problem.

Guess the industry has a new SCAMMER, what a shame.

Open 2 zero accounts with their $49 promotion. But 26 Nov, new rules come out to avoid payout and cancel many accounts as in discord. Now, saying trade not under 60s. No one clarify right now and seem very messy and trader frustrated.
Will not pay more $149 up to live after pass.
I feel like scam company and never join again.

Let me tell you a joke with this firm :) I made $7500 in 5 days. No microscalps, no overtrading. I requested my payout on Monday. Today (Wednesday) they released some new rules. Got a reply after 52 hours later that I breached one of those NEW RELEASED rules and my account is terminated. :)) Breaching a rule that released after my request???

The rules is %1.5 risk max per trade. They didn't even notice traders. We were looking for solutions as traders and found it by ourselves. Go check on their website for Good Trading Practices and see update date which is 27th. (My request was on 25th)

Their support will likely to deny me. My account number is LV-Zero50k-s46180. Go ahead and make up some lies about my account!

Whatever, additionally I asked support the other day on Discord if there is a max risk limit per trade and they refused. Asked since we, traders, were trying to understand why was those mass denials for. (mine was still pending.) I have proof of their refusal btw. Go search for "max loss limit per trade" in their trading chat room and you'll see :)

Payout denials, account terminations, misleading customers... You cannot even communicate with staff. Support replies back in 12-14 hours (if they want to). Called them and no answer too. They promote ZERO accounts with ZERO rules and etc. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. If there is something starts with "Zero" it'd only be "Zero certainty" There are many many rules that you need to follow. Even the ones they don't mention it. (Even if you ask they don't clarify.) Try to ask them what is considered as overtrading :) Don't believe me? Go into their discord and see it by yourself. At first everything seemed great but this is the worst company I worked with.

Uh btw, I wrote what happened to me in the chat group and they banned me from Discord. haha

Do not want anyone else gets hurt by these people. So, stay away from them if you don't wanna waste your money and time...

i just got denied a payout for no clear reason. others too. be careful this company has taken a turn for the worse. looks like zero rules accounts have more rules than most other firms. starting to smell like FTT and i do not enjoy saying that

So I am not usually one to leave a review, however, I feel this needs to be said...So I purchased a new 150K Zero account and reached the $10K profit target, so then was promoted to a Live Sim Account. I continued to trade and got my account balance up to $157,507, which then I requested a payout of $3,500 which would have met their requirements, however, the rejected the payout and never gave an explanation, so I sent a message and they said they would reply within 24 hours and no reply at all. I was afraid to trade on the account because I did not know what was going on and so I waited and sent another message, which I then received a rude response from customer service saying that I must wait for the other department...Still waited and nothing. So I am leery of UProfit now, but I still have hope they will make it right. We shall see.

Great customer service, timely answer, easy to use tradingview platform and friendly dashboard. Fast payout process. I will do my best to make 5 withdraws and have a full live account.

Payout was received within 24 hours. So far the zero 150k account is the best account in the game.

When i requested my payout they declined it after days of waiting and closed my account without any communication, after emailing them they claimed I was manipulating the system by taking profit early. Despite the fact I followed their own rules and didnt meet their definition of micro scalping (over 20% of your trades being under 10s), support didnt communicate with me and they do not have simple appeal process in place. Instead they wait for you to pay activation, make profit and request withdrawal for them to terminate your account without notice using undisclosed rules.

edit I have changed my rating because some of their staff is still exceptional and puts in effort to resolve/ communicate a situation (diego).

update 11 November-

They ignored all evidence i provided proving i had not violated disclosed rules, support said they would review my case and to not to reply until they sent me an email, they never did. At the very least diego was helpful, he helped me get 2 new accounts. Meaning although I lost all the profits I had made, I was able to make more and recover some of the money I lost. They did payout the second time, I just dont trust them anymore due to how they handled this whole issue. As a result of the poor customer service and unfair resolution I feel the rating is justified

Recently they have mass denied payouts, essentially they published new rules on the 26th and used these to deny previous payouts. Their "zero" rule accounts have a significant number of rules, many of which are undisclosed. And when they change these rules, rules which they use to close your account at payout request, they do not anounce it, they essentially expect you to check their Terms of service every few hours.

In my case they once again closed my account sighting the 10s rule, I did not even have a single trade under 10s, nor did i violate any other rule. Ultimately they ended up publishing new rules 4 days after my payout request, and used these to justify the account closure.

I have changed the rating back to 1(previously 2) because this is simply atrocious service, borderline fraudulent. Stay away, other firms exist

They blocked my account after 10 days of trading, with a balance of $7,900 at that time.(with aDrawdown of$ 9900) I had lost $3,500 on the 10th day, but had a profitable trade of about $10,000 when my account was blocked. I had not withdrawn a single cent in those 10 days. On the 10th day, I wanted to withdraw $1,000, but they blocked my account, saying they noticed a bad pattern and that I had placed too many contracts that day (not more than 4 macro, which was allowed). It is very unpleasant for me, as everything seemed fine after 10 days of trading, and when I wanted to withdraw, my account was blocked with a series of complaints against me. They promote their product claiming ZERO RULES RESTRICTION, but that is completely false! The conclusion is that it is not at all like that; it’s a marketing issue. They close your account without any warning after 10 days of consistent profit, just because on the 10th day, I allowed myself to trade with 4 macro contracts. I feel scammed by this platform. Don’t be fooled by this zero restrictions product; it is a scam. They do not want you to make money. My experience with UPROFIT is proof of that."

One of the absolutely top futures prop firm in the market, somehow in the shadow of the big guys for most of the traders, which is unfortunate.
