THE PAYOUT TRAP: Request a withdrawal, get immediately banned with fake accusations!

Do not trust UProfit with your time or money. They are running a blatant exit scam tactic against profitable traders. Yesterday, I officially requested a legitimate payout from my live account (FL-Advanced-s160146). Today, instead of receiving my funds, I received an account termination notice and my entire balance was confiscated under a completely fabricated accusation of "Copy Trading" with an entirely unknown user.

This is pure, malicious retaliation. Early last month (June 2026), UProfit already withheld my crypto withdrawal for 6 days, and I had to publicly expose them on Discord and Trustpilot just to get my money. They clearly put a target on my back for defending my rights. They waited until I hit the withdrawal button yesterday to pull out a manual list of trading "coincidences" on the Micro Nasdaq (/MNQ) to breach me.

Anyone with basic market experience knows that in high-liquidity sessions, independent retail traders execute orders at the exact same institutional order blocks and structure breaks simultaneously. Coincidence in execution timing is standard price action, not contractual proof of outsourcing. When formally challenged to show actual infrastructure data—like matching IPs or hardware MAC IDs—their risk team completely evades the request because they KNOW there is no link.

They simply refuse to pay profitable traders. If you grow an account and ask for your money, they will look for any random trading coincidence from past weeks to ban you the next day and keep your profits. An absolute trap. Avoid at all costs!

UPDATE: The company’s reply below is completely hollow. I formally challenged their Risk Management team via email to provide basic infrastructure proof—such as matching IP addresses, device hardware IDs, or API tokens. They have flatly refused to provide a single piece of technical data because they KNOW no such link exists. Their "objective evidence" is nothing more than a selective excuse to confiscate my funds right after I requested a payout. Show the IP audit logs if you have them! Until then, this remains an illegal withholding of my legitimate profits.

Payout requested June 22, 2026 — $1,176 via Finrock (USDC ERC20) — status still "Requested" after 7 business days. Contract clearly states 24 business hours maximum. Deadline was June 24.
All trading rules were fully respected:

I have contacted the address they provide for pay out issue multiple times. Last response received was Friday June 26 — I followed up again on Monday June 29 — since then, complete silence for 3 business days.
This is a clear breach of contract. I am requesting an immediate resolution with a confirmed payout date. If this is not addressed today, I will pursue all available legal and consumer protection channels, including public escalation on all platforms.
Discord moderators confirmed they cannot assist and referred me back to the same email that has been silent since June 29. This is unacceptable for a firm marketing itself as paying within 24 business hours.

At the end today i loss 2,964.00$ i seen it in the dashboard. The breach the account and said i break my dayli lost limit of 3,000 $. They put my losses at 3007 $...

It looks like a scam that use traders and drowning them in useless rules .

I am writing this review to warn other traders about my experience with UProfit.

I successfully met the targets and respected the rules shown on my dashboard, then requested a payout. UProfit first emailed me confirming that my payout was approved. Later, the same payout suddenly appeared as “Rejected” and my live account was reset, with the explanation that this was “procedural” because of the reset status, not a compliance issue. In practice, that means no money was paid, only a reset.

This is not the first time. This is the second payout that gets denied after I complete the objectives. Each time, they find internal reasons (risk management, trading style, reset status, etc.) but there is no clear, transparent rule that explains why a payout can be approved by email and then canceled afterwards.

The end result for me: over $21,000 in profits never paid, even though I followed what was displayed on the platform and received an approval email before they changed their decision. From a trader’s point of view, this behavior is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam: they let you trade, let you build profits, then use internal interpretations to avoid paying.

I have full email records, dashboard history and trade logs that support everything I am saying here. Since Trustpilot does not allow screenshots, I will share all the evidence (emails, platform captures, statements) on my YouTube channel and Telegram so that other traders can see exactly how UProfit handled my case.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

EXTREME SCAM: Even worst beginner prop firms honor "PAYOUT APPROVED" emails. UProfit lies AFTER approval. Biggest scammers I've seen.

Traders, be very cautious when dealing with UProfitZero. After trading successfully and requesting a rightfully earned payout November 2024, my account was suddenly terminated with vague accusations, and my funds were withheld.

What makes this even more suspicious? On January 8th, they RESET and REINSTATED my account, allowing me to continue trading. If I had truly violated any rules, why would they let me keep trading? The reality is, they only looked for an excuse AFTER my payout request.

Instead of honoring my withdrawal, they:
❌ Demanded I sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before even discussing my payout – a major red flag.
❌ Claimed I broke rules but refused to provide proof.
❌ Offered only 20% of my balance or a forced transition to a different account type.
❌ Ignored my requests for a transparent resolution.

I have since escalated my case to financial regulators (CFTC, Delaware Attorney General) and payment processors. No trader should have to fight this hard for an earned payout.

If UProfitZero resolves my payout fairly, I will update this review. Until then, I cannot recommend this firm to any serious trader.

I am glad to tell you about the advantages of UProfit that I met: simple test conditions, the choice of a landing option with static drawdown, the possibility of a free reset when paying for a subscription, regular discounts on payments, fast friendly support, and most importantly, fast payout. I received my payment the next day after the request.

I requested my affiliate payout in December, but the affiliate manager has not responded despite multiple attempts to reach out. It’s shocking how unprofessional this company is! They also change rules frequently even after you buy evals, just really need to be aware!

Like a few others recently, my experience with Uprofit has tanked. They lured people in with the zero accounts which the first zero was too good to be true so of course it's gone now. The platform is absolutely awful. The payout rules are crazy.
I had a 150k zero account. While growing the account I noticed they locked me at 2 contracts so there was no scaling. Ok fine, I dealt with that. Grew the account to 10k. Read a review from someone before I requested a payout so I suspected I would be denied. 5 days after my request it was denied and my account closed for the same reasons others listed. Holding trades under 60 seconds etc. Sometimes it's a stop out, sometimes the market moved that fast...in any case. They closed the account. I'm glad I wasn't totally blindsided and saw a review before. There's ZERO reason for anyone to ever ever sign up with Uprofit.

For some reason I've been asked to give more details. I'm not sure why. In the end Uprofit retains the right so terminate your contract and not give a payout based on the new rules they put into their contracts. I was told my account was terminated for high frequency trading and trying to take advantage of the leverage to make gains. Basically like scalping. That is not the case. They have a ton of rules. I was trying to stay within my 30% rule, learn how to use a very limited and terrible platform so it was hard to implement my normal strategy, also the market was incredibly volatile and would move massive points in just a few minutes and hit my target. The moves were so big I often took multiple shots at the same trade with very little risk. Under their legacy program they never had rules like this. At face value on their website and within the dashboard they make it look straightforward, trade 4 days, don't lose more than the daily loss limit, don't let your account go below drawdown, hit the buffer amount for the account size and what you make above that can be withdrawn, and a single days profit can't equal more than 30% of account value. That's on their help page and dashboard. It's already a ton of rules. Buried in the contact is the high frequency trading garbage that they can basically accuse almost anyone of violating. I trade the NQ. It moves like lightening. Anyways, there's the more detail. I've traded with Uprofit for almost 3 years. This is so disappointing. It is one thing to deny my payout but another to close my account that I paid for. It feels like theft because the appreance is that you will get paid if you meet the rules, but the small print is what gets you. They weren't like this. Now it's terrible. As I said, there's zero reason to trade with them. There are so many other prop firms out there that won't do this. Buyer beware.

Stay away from this company, they are in trouble, and they do not payout

UProfit is a big big scam guys. After my 1st payout, once I reached my 2nd payout attempt, I received an email with many invalid reasons why they cannot pay, moreover they closed my account without breaking any single official rule, stating a lot of things not mentioned in the account, actually on my 1st payout I traded same way and it was approved :). My though is that since they closed all ZERO accounts recently, they are just finding a way to cancel the account of all people with a ZERO account by any mean. In addition, their TradingView platform is really very bad. It is glitching all the time which means it is very well prepared to make you fail. Totally not recommended platform. Run away guys, please.

UProfit ist a scam guys. The zero programs are packed with hidden bs rules, the email I recieverd after my first payout attempt was yuge. As soon as you try to withdraw, they gonna hit you with some risk management, unfair advantage bs, all the usual scam prop stuff.

COMPLETE SCAM!! $50,000+ in funded profits, and they denied payout and closed account. NO EMAIL replies or return of phone calls...

This company is dishonest, like many of their users I had my payout denied and they closed my account. All this happens after the change of CEO. It's not just their way of doing it on November 21 I asked for a payout and I was paid on December 2nd I asked for my second payout on the same account and they were looking for transactions of November 13 to be able not to pay me.

They cancelled my account after changing the rules without notice. As I see it, they keep changing the rules in order to not pay. On the account that I was refused Payout, I had 10 green days, 10% of all trades were under 60 seconds, none below 10 seconds. I got 3 payouts from them, it was nice, but i do not like this ambiguity in rules. Basically besides the fact that they are changing them without any announcement , they are made to be interpreted. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROP FIRM!!!

Their Zero accounts became scam. They introduce new rules without prior notice and retroactively apply to previous days...which is unfair and unethical.

They just blind terminate your account - As some on said in other review it will get FTT2 SCAM.

GUYS PLEASE AVOID THIS FIRM...

26-Nov : add new 1.5% loss per trade rule
27-Nov : micro scalping new rule is 60s (website 10s at beginning)
Then new rules about number of contract trading as they said is risk management
You don't know when there will have new rules come out and retroactively apply, then cancel your account said you not suitable.

Seem their future just like FTT, don't dream they will payout. Find another prop firm better for your hard work
