After 2 years of trying multiple different firms I’m so happy to have discovered Uprofit! There is nothing bad I can say about them…Juan has been fantastic on the support end and I received my first payout within the 24 hour processing time that is stated! I am using the new Zero 30k Account and it is hands the down the best type of account offered out of any prop firms in the industry!!

This prop firm doesn't want professional traders that make a lot of money, they want gamblers and losers so they can profit from their subscriptions, resets and live activation fees. I am speaking daily with traders having issues with them and if you are trading with them I recommend you getting payouts of 1-5k maximum, they will pay. Anything higher than that and they will suddenly send you an email from compliance asking you for a video call, they will go over a series of questions like what's your strategy, how many accounts you have with us, how do you handle your risk, etc and if the payout is really big, they will say you used a vpn and close your account, leaving you with nothing. I am gathering evidence from multiple traders and will hire a lawyer to go directly to the FTC and SEC, sue them until they pay out legit traders, will update this if they pay out.

My first payout they did pay 9k, then in my second payout now I have been waiting for many days without response from them, suddenly I received an email from compliance saying they needed a video call, I have done the video call and the girl Carolina which was very kind she told me everything was okay and my payout was about to be released but they did not pay, this prop firm is the worst in the industry.

I also had a quick and effortless payout from Uprofit. I think people don't know them much but I will urge you to try. Customer service is great and the rules are very fair to traders.
I can't wait for them to allow multiple accounts.

Everything was smooth and fast, from account creation, reset, to verification of passing the evaluation.
The support was quick to send me the contract, and they responded even on weekend.

I give 4 stars because I haven't received the funded account yet. Let's see if I'm eligible for a payout later...

I have been with several prop firms and in my opinion UProfit Trader has the best customer service and payout service! I literally requested a payout via Zelle and the payment of $2,000.00 was in my account within 1 hour. I am amazed and will be a lifetime customer as long as I don’t gamble with my account! Thanks UProfit!!

Not happy with how they sneaked in this policy without warning funded traders. The worst feeling is when you had a great day and you are looking to withdraw and you get denied your payout. Had they announced it! I would have been aware prior to a big day but because all they did was be sneaky and put it on their website they locked up the traders ability to withdraw profits. Makes it seem like they are in trouble and they need to keep traders from withdrawing. Beware! Since they sneaked this policy without announcing it what makes you think they won’t do it again in the future! You can’t trust a prop firm who does that.

This company went from one of the best to the bottom overnight by suddenly changing the payout policy and implementing a very strict 30% consistency rule. And yes I already got my payout request denied on the very first day with this new rule. Their big selling point was the fantastic payout policy, where one could make daily withdrawals of the gains. That has completely gone down the toilet, they make you jump through hoops calculating how much more trading you have to do before you can get a payout.

The more money you make on a single day the more this threshold moves up. It’s complete garbage and super unfair to the trader. It makes losing the live account more likely because traders are now forced to trade more to get to the ever changing payout threshold.

They talk about company transparency but change the most important thing, withdrawals, without prior notice. I spend tons of money on evals, resets and account activations. This payout policy is not what was sold to me and was not what I have signed up for. A real bait and switch company. They are expensive and now offer zero benefits over other prop firms.

New rule for payout is not good. Basically you have to watch out you profit because it cannot exceed more than the 30% of your total profit.

I love uprofit, I’ve done and tried prop firms since July 2022, and the way uprofit operates gives so much freedom to the trader. No weird payout rules, and as long as you trade in their benefit you will have no issues.

I've been working with UProfit for quite a long time. I had an evaluation accounts and now I am trading on a 50K live account for 2 months. I must confess that my experience with UProfit is just beyond any possible expectations! General support is extremely quick and effective. The setup of my live account was quick and simple. Payouts are very fast, and the payout department is always effective and helps a lot, especially Will. I really can say only good words about UProfit team and honestly recommend this company to traders!

I have tried multiple funding companies, and in my opinion uprofit is the best: good and fast support even in weekends and holidays and they have best programs

I originally gave 3 stars but found it to be harsh. Out of all the prop firms, uprofit, specifically their drawdown killer account is the best. Once they’re CS and payout system is refinded, I truly think they will be the best option for traders looking for EOD drawdown accounts.

So, I've always had my eye on uPROFIT due to their payout system and the EOD drawdown, when they announced the Drawdown Killer account, I found it to be almost perfect. However, where they lack is customer support.

I have requested multiple payouts and they claim that if you request it by market close, then the payout will be made the same day.. However, this has not been the case. Even yesterday, someone said that my payout would be coming in within a few hours and it never did. I wish they would just change the payout system request as having to email someone your account number, and your full name just to make a payout request seems a little absurd. I'm promoted with the same generic response as if it is my first payout everytime as well.

Also, I don't truly understand why they need to take out 50% if you withdraw below the safety net... The account is a live sim account.. the 50% they take does what exactly?

The 25K drawdown account is prolly the closest thing I can have to a live account, you get to make withdraws whenever you want, the drawdown never follows you, it is only the daily drawdown of 1K you need to worried about. If they were to open up larger account sizes, I would certainly jump on this ASAP. However, I hope in the future they manage to make their CS more robust. Compared to other firms like TradeDay and E2T, they seem to e lacking the most.
