Total sham of a company. Will never use again. First of all made up import fees!. Then not even waiting 2 minutes after THERE CARD MACHINE would not work. Driver was totally unprofessional and walked away from me, I'm soo disappointed. I then phoned yhe help line and was promised I'd be contacted within an hour which did not happen. Iv had to take another day off work because of there shody poor terrible driver and company. I'd give no stats of it was an option. Avoid like a plague, a horrible Co.
Reliable service and competitive prices
After having worked with GLS, DHL, and Hermes, we can say that UPS in Germany has worked quite well for us. The service is reliable, the prices are competitive, and they provide shipping supplies free of charge, which is a real advantage for a business.
Unlike with some other carriers we used before, we have not lost any parcels with UPS so far. With other companies, we not only had parcels go missing, but some also arrived damaged, and in our experience they often did not take proper responsibility for it.
Overall, UPS has been the most dependable option for us.
The only negative experience I had was once on the road with a UPS driver. In a 70 km/h zone, the driver seemed to be in a hurry, kept honking at me, overtook me aggressively, shouted at me, and appeared to be driving at around 100 km/h. That was clearly not acceptable.
Apart from that one incident, our experience with UPS has been very good.

This is not the first time UPS has falsely claimed that I was not at home. The same thing already happened last week – I was waiting for my package the entire time, yet UPS marked the delivery as “recipient not available,” which is simply not true.
Now it has happened again. No doorbell, no call, no real delivery attempt – just a notice left behind, and suddenly it is marked as the final attempt. This is unacceptable and feels dishonest.
I have been waiting for this package for over a week because of repeated false delivery claims. This is wasting my time and shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
UPS seriously needs to improve their delivery process. I cannot rely on this service anymore and would not recommend it.

UPS behauptet mehrmals, ich wäre nicht zuhause gewesen – obwohl ich jedes Mal da war und auf das Paket gewartet habe. Keine Klingel, kein Anruf, einfach nur eine falsche Meldung.
Das ist mir jetzt schon mehrfach passiert, zuletzt auch letzte Woche. Dadurch verzögert sich die Lieferung unnötig und kostet mich Zeit und Nerven.
So ein unzuverlässiger Service ist einfach nicht akzeptabel. Sehr enttäuschend.

the driver never delivered the package because he had to wait for a gate to opened, he left and mark it as delviered. One week to get support from UPS and still the issue is still pending. I will reclaim a reimburse after all this.

Claim they tried to make a collection yesterday (I was home, no one came), impossible to change the collection day online so sadly had to watch the driver attempt to collect via security camera whilst I'm at work. Their website is dire - you can't even add a simple phone number, everything needs registering. I now remember why I rarely order from places like Desigual, they use UPS and it's horrendous.

Had a Laptop coming from Lenovo
Had a Laptop coming from Lenovo. Tracking said delivery attempted except no one rang. Then tracking change status to return to sender. I emailed their support and told them to stop it and delivery to me (it was at a distribution centre only 30 mins away! I offered to pick it up). They ask for my number. Never called me. I called them. They said they will try to have it changed back. Didn't. Continues on its return journey. Now it's it's in the Netherlands. I call them to ask if they can send it back. They say they cannot stop the return process despite THEM TRIGGERING THE RETURN TO SENDER PROCESS. WHAT DO YOU MEAN? YOU'RE TELLING ME YOU CANT JUST CHANGE IT OR MAKE A NEW LABEL? Not interesting in exerting any effort in helping you. They say 'contact the seller'. Great now the seller receives it back all confused. It was delivered from china through the US the Germany. Now they sent it to the Netherlands. Probably back to china. Absolute waste of my time and incredibly inconvenient. Worst postal service.

One of the worst delivery companies I have ever experienced. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I waited for my package three times, and each time the driver falsely claimed that I was not at home, even though I stayed home the entire time waiting. No doorbell, no phone call, nothing.
I contacted customer service several times and confirmed that I was waiting, but clearly no one cared. In the end, the package was returned because of their negligence, even though I paid for delivery.
If you expect your package to actually arrive, stay away from this company. I would never recommend them to anyone. 🚫📦

Very Poor Delivery Service – Extremely Unprofessional
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this delivery company.
My package was promised for delivery four days in a row. Each day I was told it would arrive “during the day,” but no exact time window was provided. This means you are forced to stay at home the entire day just to make sure you don’t miss it. I had to arrange to work from home for four consecutive days just to receive the package — and it was still not delivered.
There is no proper communication, no precise delivery time, and no respect for customers’ schedules.
To make things worse, their service centers in Stockholm are located in only a few areas. For me, that would mean driving about 30 minutes by car just to pick up the package myself — which defeats the whole purpose of home delivery.
The service is extremely unprofessional, and my experience with customer service representatives in Sweden was very negative. The staff were rude and unhelpful.
There are many much better delivery alternatives available. The overall quality of this service is very poor.
I have already filed a complaint with the shop where I made the purchase and asked them to reconsider using this delivery company in the future. I strongly warn others to think twice before choosing this service.

UPS does not care about their customer service. I told them how important this package was to me and they’re still making me wait until tomorrow. I gave them the correct address yesterday and they still delivered to the wrong address if I didn’t have to use this company for my medicine I would not use them at all. They suck at delivery packages. Don’t ever use this company if you want your package because it takes forever.

Still waiting for a parcel to be delivered to germany, substantial custom fees, delivery driver failed to deliver to address - however stated several delivery attempts
Tracking details stated parcel had been left at a UPS access point today, after delivery attempt this morning (recipient at home!), another email now received that the parcel will Not be at the UPS access point and UPS will contact the recipient.
UPS are aware they can not contact the recipient as they have only the delivery address which they are shy of!, it's a surprise gift, and they clearly do not want to provide the sender with accurate courier details to unite the parcel with the intended recipient (WHICH IS NOT A UPS STAFF MEMBER).

Poor customer service. 36 emails received within a 2 day period, fake tracking/customer information, bounced around different UPS agents, none of which helpful.
Parcel sent to germany. over 36 emails received stating parcel is being processed and expected delivery date (monday).
Called UPS due to volume of emails, UPS call handler said UPS needed additional information and not aware of the details, provided me an email address to make contact.
Email sent to UPS customs on Thursday with one of the 36 emails received requesting english translation (english/german translation field within email did not show any issues or request for additional information in english).... currently no response.
Viewed tracking details today/Saturday on UPS website to learn the parcel has a $28.47 fee (Import Charges: Government Charges: €9.79, UPS Brokerage and Partner Government Agency Fees: €15.70, VAT: €2.98) value of item is $44.95!.
Called UPS and asked why this bill was not stated in an email, why is the email presenting as all is ok, and why the cost was so high?
UPS staff not able to provide an answer and advised to call UPS 0345 161 0010, called number, and they are closed over the weekend!
Called UPS customer service again, and said I want to raise a complaint, the lack of information, back and forth and lack of accessibility to the correct department is not acceptable.
