I'm currently undertaking the Certificate 3 in Business Administration with Upskilled. As a mature age student, starting an online course felt incredibly daunting. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to manage it. However, thanks to the guidance and unwavering support of my Program Coordinator, Zaiba Kahan, the experience has been truly rewarding. Zaiba has consistently been there for me, offering reassurance and clear direction every step of the way. Her helpfulness, patience, and encouragement have made a world of difference. I now feel confident that I will successfully complete the course.

Really thankful for Sarah Marshall - she was so encouraging and made completing the course so clear. She was super fast at responding to emails. The course was a good balance of theory and practical, with the role plays helping make it a realistic experience.

I have just completed the Diploma of Counselling through Upskilled and was really happy with the course. It was interesting, varied and I thoroughly enjoyed all the learning content. I was initially hesitant about completing my study online, especially while working full-time. I needed flexibility, and Upskilled seemed like the best option to fit around my schedule.

From the moment I started, Zaiba has been incredibly proactive and supportive. She consistently reached out via email, so I never had to chase her for updates or help. One of the things I appreciated most was the weekly 15-minute 1:1 check-ins via Zoom she set up. These regular sessions helped keep me accountable and motivate me throughout the course.

Zaiba genuinely cares not only about my progress with the coursework but also about my overall wellbeing. She regularly checks in on my mental health and workload outside of study, which made me feel supported beyond just academics. While she encourages progress, she never pressures or adds stress, understanding that life can get busy.

Her motivation, guidance, and practical advice on assessments have been invaluable. I truly felt she wanted me to succeed and tailored her approach to suit my pace and circumstances.

Overall, studying with Upskilled and having Zaiba as my Program Coordinator has been a positive experience, making online learning manageable and enjoyable despite a full-time work schedule. I would highly recommend Upskilled and especially Zaiba’s mentorship to anyone needing flexibility paired with genuine support.

My assessor Joshua is extremely helpful with any questions i’ve had so far. He responds within the same day and gets my assignments marked within the next day. makes it super helpful to get through my diploma at a steady pace :)

I’ve taken up learning new skills by enrolling in Cert 3 (Business Admin). Being a mature-aged person, learning something new can feel daunting. My teacher Zaiba at Upskilled makes it easier by guiding me through the process. Sometimes I think to myself, oh boy, what have I gotten myself into? But all I need to do is consult with Zaiba, and she reassures me that I’m doing just fine.

I am working as a Project Coordinator, looking to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field.

This was the first time I had done an online training course and at the start I was overwhelmed and confused, Zaiba continuously helped me and guided me to achieve finishing this course. My experience with Upskilled has been great! Would totally recommend to anyone working full time that wants to fit in a little extra education as they are so so flexible and generally fantastic to deal with! My trainer Joshua was great, always willing to answer questions and explain further when I needed it, and I particularly love the option to just chat over email or chat over call, great for those like me that prefer to type rather than video call!

Its been so easy to use the platform and to get through the work. Josh my teacher has been a huge help and has helped to motivate me to complete the course. He is always available when i need him and makes it easy to yell out for support. As a busy working parent, the ease of the dashboard and the support from Josh, couldnt recommend it more.

I have almost finished my Certificate 3 in Individual support with upskilled, all I can say if you need flexible study go with this one, you do have to put the work, but the staff is very helpful, especially Jacqui, highly recommend if you are working and want a flexible online course. My trainer responded back to my questions regarding my assessments in a timely manner, so that I was able to make the necessary adjustments.

DIPLOMA OF COMMUNITY SERVICES

I commenced my Diploma of Community services in 2024, and I was nervous to start as I had searched for many months for the right one that fit within my busy working schedule, and I am so happy that I chose Upskilled and was placed with Rosan as my program co-ordinator.
I had trainer support throughout my journey, and each person was easy to get ahold of, and if they had leave coming up, I was told in advance to avoid any confusion.
My assessor, Rosan gave promising, clear and encouraging feedback throughout, and was always there if I needed assistance. He was quick to mark my work, and let me know if I had missed anything - allowing me to rectify the issues, and find him for help and guidance.
I felt calm and motivated throughout, as I wasn't waiting for things to be marked or wondering what my results would be. Everything was clear and my assessor was transparent with me. It allowed me to not have to worry at all.
I was able to complete my course in 1 year, with the assistance and guidance of of Rosan and the team behind the scenes. This is going to allow me to excel in my role, and further my career development.

I started a online business admin course through upskill, when I first start I got really overwhelmed with the units I didnt know anything going into this course as a mother with a little boy everything just got so overwhelming and I was struggling with completing the course. I wanted to quit and cancel the course but my teacher Zaiba Khan called me and went through everything with me and set up a weekly meeting with her. She reassured me and put my mind at ease and made this experience less daunting and overwhelming. She still constantly checks in and makes sure I’m not getting overwhelmed and walks through everything with me. My laptop is outdated so I couldn’t do the excel unit so Zaiba moved them to the end of the course so I didn’t have to worry about them until I got a better computer. Zaiba has been amazing through this course she has helped me so much especially when doing the video assessment and I had no one to do it with me, Zaiba offered to step in and do it with me, because of her I passed that unit. She is amazing to talk to, she is very understanding and helps you every step of the way. I highly recommend Zaiba Khan she is an amazing teacher and human being and Upskill. I have had an amazing experience with Upskill and Zaiba Khan.
