This was the most convenient and easiest loan I have ever done

Sometimes people go through life unexpectedly that is beyond are control. But have some company's that wants to help and some who just want to make money. Upstart is a company who what to help individuals to get back on track and I do appreciate that kind of business. They give you a loan that is manageable with no high rates that's what kind of lender you want. Thank you.

The company is awesome! I have had 3 loans with them and very satisfied with customer service!

The paperwork was easy; however, I submitted my documents via upload and they kept asking for another one as one of the pages was incomplete. It was mot incomplete, there was no data on it and it didn't scan. Had to write "end of page" on document. Then had a difficult time getting back to upload page to resubmit it. Even called customer service twice and got the wrong answer. Finally responded to an inquiry to finalize the loan and was able to get in and resubmit the paperwork.
