I order 6/05/2021 but my order hasn't arrived yet.

I purchased a product a few days ago, and it has not arrived yet. When I entered the inquiry, I received a message that the site is closed, and I have paid the amount and want to refund the amount or receive the product. This is a scam. Order number (2800) from Delexury

They deserve less than one star
I bought and the products never got me, and I'm going to sue them

I haven’t got my product yet and it’s been 5 months! Don’t buy from this company-clearly a scam! I need my money back!

I bought the nebula projector and never received it. The customer service responded immediately when I asked questions about the product while ordering, but AS SOON as I reached out after not receiving the product after two months, I’ve got NO RESPONSE. Nothing, not even a word, i checked the tracking number which said it was supposedly already delivered. It never showed up! It’s been months and months, I lost 60 bucks, the company will not respond to any of my messages. Total scam.

I ordered a projector back in March, never received it to this day. Luckily I ordered with Paypal so I got a refund. Total SCAM!!

Total SCAM! Purchased a gift for my son back in January. Have emailed them several times. No response. They had no problem taking my money and never sending me what I ordered.

I bought a NEW DRAWER TYPE SHOE BOX (6PCS) × 4 on 1st January 2020 for $95.80 with order number ORDER #1023 and till this date I haven't received my item nor a refund back.Too bad I paid with apple pay and not PayPal so i do not have a buyer's guarantee or protection.I have written countless emails to an email they provided ''ecomkenan gmail'' and no one has either replied to me yet.Almost 7months down the line. Be careful out there with these instagram recommended websites.They are all fake and fraudulent.I wish i could get help for my refund because what they did is not right!!
