I am so annoyed at this guy Ashley Henshaw. When I got home from work my gutter was hanging off my house. Apparently when my wife confronted him about it he was overly flirtatious and extremely inappropriately suggestive towards her. Never the less, he did not take responsibility for the broken gutter that he was meant to clean. My wife still paid him because she felt quite creeped out by how he was with her and she just wanted him to leave. Stay away from this cowboy at all costs or it will be regrettable.

They do not pay their employees for work they have completed. Also engage in many illegal practices such as not providing payslips pay slips, no workplace training and absolutely no following of COSHH regulations.

Ashley was very rude, disrespectful and aggressive towards my wife when she refused to pay. He tried to charge us for his services which he did not complete. He gave my wife fear and anxiety throughout the rest of the day until I returned home from work. Unfortunately I was not at home to deal with him myself and my poor wife really received his wrath. Stay away from Ashley and his company by all cost.

This company managers haven't paid my wages after chasing them multiple times. They make you work hard and don't pay your wages. They make fake promises about your salary but don't pay. Don't work or book your cleaning with them

Waste of time and money. The owner Ashely is a liar and I will be reporting him to trading standards. My only recommendation is to avoid like the plague. I would score him no stars if I could.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received as well as the attitude from Ash whom I believe is the owner of the business. I used to clean my windows myself but unfortunately I am now disabled, not to mention I am not as fit as I once was, as I am 81 years young also. When Ash had apparently cleaned my windows I politely confronted him about them. They looked like they were cleaned with dirty dishwater after I had made stew. They actually looked dirtier than they did previously by the time he had finished, which baffled me. To add insult to injury the paint on my window sills had been chipped and there was a lot of paint chips in my window boxes. Ash was very rude, abrupt and aggressive towards me. He made me feel very uncomfortable and nervous. I paid him in cash so he would just leave. I have never needed a window cleaner before but sadly Urban-Cleaning along with Ash has completely put me off seeking another one. Personally I would not recommend his services at all as they are not up to par, I would advise to avoid at all costs, his attitude towards his customers is obviously terrible and he comes across as a bit of a rogue trader to say the least. If allowed I would leave zero stars but I am only allowed to use one. My review shows that I am in the Netherlands for some reason but I am in Derbyshire where Urban-Cleaning is based. Thank you.
