These guys scammed me! I bought sneakers and never got any response from them on delivery or anything. No refund back or actual sneakers thay I ordered. Stay away from them

bought 2 takkies paid R200 for express delivery still no delivery and no responses to my email , seems I have being scared by Ueban Collector in Sandton South Africa

Ordered aBatman hoodie, but wasn't happy with the logo placement. They shipped a replacement right away and it looks great!

If you like Star Trek, Sons of Anarchy, Captain America, Batman or any other number of Geeky Goodness, you will be impressed by their selection. I laugh at these once every couple of year negative reviews. They must be awesome if there are so few negatives. Keep out the Great Work guys!!

This item had obviously been opened & shoved back in bag & taped closed, the top of the bag had been torn
the item was wrinkled & soiled & had obviously been used before & sold to me as new
they only give you 24 hrs onthe packung slip to complain, & have terrible reviews for custservice, so why bother
their site has no link to send written complaints
now I have to have this 3 piece suit dry cleaned, & do not trust the 2 wigs to be new, $55.10 wasted
purchased other items from Wholesale Halloween Costumes & they came sealed & new

I will NEVER buy anything from this shady company again. They wait until customers click things that are listed as "in stock" to not inform them that it is really out of stock. Then not only do they not refund all of your money, they don't tell you why! I have never dealt with such terrible service.

I just ordered the greatest thing: A Soft Kitty song tshirt from urban-collector.com They were fantastic! I got the shirt right away and am looking forward to ordering from them in the future! They have so many great things on their site, it's going to be my main holiday shopping site!

I recently ordered My Princess Bride limited Edition swords from Urban Collector and I guarantee you I will be ordering from them again in the future. Not only did they beat the competition on price, but the customer service was thru the roof. There was an issue/delay with the manufacturer that was completely out of Urban Collectors control. Not only did Jeff respond promptly to all of my emails and phone calls, but he was proactive in finding the solution and resolving my issue. I now have my products which are amazing and exactly as described. I also have an appreciation for Urban Collector as they did exactly what they said and more. They have a customer for life. Its tough to find someone to not only keep their word, but to do so without prodding and also to put up with me bothering them (They did so with a smile). There aren't enough Stars for me to rate them here.

I recently purchased a Kotobukiya statue from Urban Collector. Their prices were fair, communication great and the shipping was very timely. I would definitely use their services again.

I ordered Halo characters on the web page that they didn't have. When I asked for a substitution, they gave me the "Can't do" then "I have to talk to management" then "You have to reorder because we lost your order info."-----yea right.
