Was trying to track down a canadian gin we’d had on holiday. Could only find it in uk on urban drinks website. Ordered it monday and arrived from germany on thurs - very impressive for 10 quid delivery!

We do have a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days to the UK.
You have placed your order on the 2nd in the afternoon. We could only ask for customs approval on the 3rd and received it on the 4th.
The order is out for delivery on the 11th of June, which is exactly 5 working days after the order has been proceeded.

I placed an order on the 28th of May. It is now the 6th of June I have not received my order or any confirmation that it has been shipped. I ordered this for my partner‘s birthday. And now it won’t be here on time.

Great selection of drinks.
They have a good selection of imported drinks you can't get elsewhere, especially in the UK. When placing my order I had no idea the company was based in Germany, and was pleasantly surprised when my order took only 4 working days to arrive. Urban Drinks are possibly the only company in another country I would buy from again

Not receiving my order.
I still haven’t received my order I’ve tried calling them and no answer. I’ve emailed them with no reply it’s been 2 weeks now and not had anything not even a confirmation email. The money has been taken from my account instantly and have an order number from the website but still nothing. Can’t even speak to someone to try and get this sorted. Very poor service.
I’ll be sticking with drinksupermarket from now on they’ve never done me for over £80 and are very professional.

Damaged bottle box
Had to chase for purchase confirmation, the bottle came but the bottom of the bottle box was damaged (likely the bottle itself was fine). Not ideal as now it's a present ruined. Considered how good it was wrapped makes me think I was sent faulty item to begin with and it was not a transportation issue.
