Awful, scamming, disgusting.
Awful. I ordered a bottle of 19 crimes snoop edition from them. And they sent me a bottle of snoop Cali red then tried to claim it’s the same bottle. The lack of knowledge is embarrassing. One is a special edition of a 19 crimes wine and the snoop Cali red is a solo venture off the back of it. The one I ordered and paid for is a more premium bottle and not available in most shops like the Cali red. I’ve been well and truly ripped off from false advertising.
I asked to speak to a manager and they haven’t contacted me either. I’ll be contacting trading standards next.
The reply from the company is proof. There are two versions of this wine annd images of both can easily be found online, and I know this for a fact as I have 2 empty bottles of the 19 crimes version at home. I’ve had to gift the mis-sold item so won’t be able to return but as long as everyone else can see that the company are unknowledgeable and incompetent hopefully they’ll think about using them. I will still be contacting trading standards.

Not a UK firm but ran from Germany expect delay
I purchased the product for my parents who live in the UK, I picked this site under the assumption its a UK service and hold stock in the UK, I paid £9.90 for supposedly FedEx shipping 6 days on from purchase no updates or ETA. And then to find it driven out of Germany. And likely no actual whare house in the UK.
Noted no EU import tax but the high shipping price reflects that.
Will respond to you enquiry but without actually answering your question!

Indeed, you placed your order just before a national holiday in Germany. This is unfortunately, why the shipping has been delayed. We garantee a delivery within 4 or 5 working days to the UK but cannot ship on national holidays in our country unfortunately.
We do have a subsidiary company based in the UK as it permits us to send our goods without any import taxe to the UK and are not hiding this, as each customer have access to our multiple international website. We have legally to indicate this address on our UK-website, but you can find our headquarter address on our international website and in our impressum.
Our delivery charge are the same for each country outside Germany and we do not have any influence on the transport prices unfortunately. We can garantee that we do propose the classical international transport price rates and that the price has nothing to do with import taxes.

Underhanded dealing
The impression given is of a UK based company, (co.uk). In fact they are based in Germany, which almost certainly accounts for the high delivery charges! Furthermore, even though a product was advertised as "in stock" that was untrue, & despatch has been delayed until stock is actually available, though no definite dates have been provided. Altogether underhanded dealing, & it will be the last time!

Urban Drinks Great FedEx Not So Great
I was kept well informed about dispatch & delivery by emails from Urban Drinks UK, so no problem with them. Only suggestion is please can you wrap glass bottles in bubble wrap, just for extra protection & safety. Packaged just in a cardboard box isn't very safe especially travelling from so far away.
But not so good by FedEx, which is no surprise as I have had problems with deliveries or NON DELIVERIES from them before with other things & I was very worried. FedEx were their usual usless self. When I tracked it, it gave a Wednesday delivery. On the Wednesday, delivery
day, the tracking changed the delivery day to Thursday with a time slot. So I thought it was now coming Thursday but it was delivered on the Wednesday(original date). Very lucky I was in to accept delivery.
FedEx needs to sort out their tracking dates & stick to them, or Urban Drinks UK need to find a more reliable courier.
