At Urban Arrow, we build top-of-the-line electric cargo bikes. We were the first to do it, actually. Needless to say, we’re crazy about them. But there’s one thing that is even more important to us: the person riding that bike. Owners and riders like you. With every bike we build, we have you and your specific transport needs in mind. Whatever it is you care about, we got you covered 🫶

I still can’t get anyone to inspect my broken Bosch mid drive. I spent too much money on this bike to be a paperweight like this.

Life changing bike!
It's not an exaggeration to say that this cargo bike will change your life. It's an investment, but is hands down the best purchase I've made in years. I can't say enough good things about the design, the engineering, the features, and the FUN!
My life has never been better
My life has never been better. I love my arrow. My kids love the arrow. Wish I would have gotten one years ago!
Four season bike
Until now, it’s a real four-season vehicle to move the family around. With the proper tires, there are no bad weather.

Our cargo bike is dangerous (vibrations in the front part) and nobody is helping despite our questions...

Daily family fun!
We use our Urban Arrow daily for riding the child to daycare, getting to work, to visit friends, go swimming, go shopping - simply everything. Since we don’t own or use a car, we are now as flexible as other families - or even more flexible because it’s the perfect “inbetween” bike and car! It’s really much fun to ride and simply uncomplicated. Everything fits in and no traffic. The child has fun riding whereas before he often was fussy riding in the bike trailer. But now the communication is much better! We often listen to music, dance and sing on the ride. Daily commute is a fun family experience now and made us bond even more.
We love our Urban Arrow and wouldn’t give it back. Thank you!!!

Life-Changing Tool in Urban Areas
Like the other reviewers said - its a life-changing tool. We lived without a car for 8 years in the Munich City Center and it perfectly worked out for us. It just replaces a car in urban areas (for sure you could argue you need an own car because its more convenient but in the end its a question of habit and comfort zone).
The bike itself is built really well and the improvements made from year to year still make a lot of sense. Spare parts are available as well and they are not killing your budget.
The one thing that could go wrong is that UA is increasing prices too much and other options become more relevant (there are now really good alternatives too like Riese & Müller, Cargon, etc.)

Best investment ever!
Before purchasing one, I had been renting cargo bikes through cargoroo. I enjoyed it so much that I have decided to buy one. Best investment ever! It is much more practical than a car for daily commute, drop off / pick up kids at school, shopping groceries, and even for bigger tasks and carrying heavy and big furniture it still works. I am amazed and really happy with it! The only downside is the lack of suspension, which could make the ride smoother for the kids.

Goodbye to the car!
As a family of 5, just moved to Amsterdam, we couldn't imagine a life without a car really. And what about the rain??
But since we have the urban arrow, we literally go everywhere with it.
The kids are always dry thanks to the great rain cover. Only us, the drivers, get wet :-p
This truly is a lifestyle change. We can't imagine our lives without the bike anymore and the kids really love it. The morning drop off goes smooth, and I have a great functioning bike to drive the 5km to work afterwards as well.
Best purchase ever really!

I am already at my second Urban Arrow…
I am already at my second Urban Arrow Family and I love it! I sold my car to buy my first UA in 2019 and then I sold that one to buy the new model this year. The ride is great, the accesories are perfect to make the bike all-weather, and there are some third-parties selling even more accesories (lights for the rain cover, vynils, load hools, etc.) The bike is really convenient to avoid traffic, do some sports and feel good. My only qualms about it are related to specs ( and logistics:
1. Specs: my nviolo gear died just 3mo after the end of the 2y warranty. My dealer told me that he had already seen the issue, UA had not sufficiently specced the gear and now were installing a stronger one. Still, the change was north of 1k€!!
2. Logistics: certain accessories come as options, like the rear bag holder. I bought it when buying the new bike and it took UA 6mo to deliver it. I understand the meteoric growth but still, this is quite low tech, the least should be for UA to allow 3rd parties to provide it.

Great bike, accessories could be better
We love our Urban Arrow family and use it every day. It is so much better than having a second car. The bike itself is great quality and is built well. I really like the stand and it feels very stable when you’re getting the kids in and out.
The reason I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5 is the quality of the accessories, we have the cover and it feels like it will break easily, you have to really stretch it to cover the bucket and the press studs feel flimsy, also we’ve had to stick the storage net on with tape as it kept falling off, not great for accessories that are so expensive! We’d also love there to be more lights on the bike, maybe Some sort of strip light around the bucket. We’ve added our own lights but they don’t stick well to the polystyrene and an integrated system would mean we don’t have to regularly charge them up.

Not just a bike, it’s a lifestyle purchase
I am not sure how to describe how much I love this bike… it is more than just a bike, it is a lifestyle and the absolute best investment you could make for your family life. Beyond how the bike will change your life, it is an excellent bike for commuting with children. The bike is sturdy and has the ability to transport yourself and your children all over the city. The accessories allow you to bike all year, even in our cold Calgary winters. This bike is more useful than any stroller or baby carrier you could buy.

Great cargobike!
Since early July this bike has become my companion into driving to work with my dog.
Trips to the supermarket. To friends and family. Anywhere...You just move through traffic and enjoy the exercise and avoid the congested traffic around town.

Happy Family Bike
It's a great bike and we are very happy driving around our three kids or going shopping. Only belt ripped once when it was very cold and snowy (including lots of sand and pebble on the streets).

Great bike
We bought this bike to replace my wife's old bike. Because she was at work when we could pick it up, I got it myself. Drove it home for 11km. Got home and texted my wife I would keep it for myself 😂.
It runs very smooth. It's also very stable. It's a big bike, but it turns extremely good.
We love it!

Fantastic Cargobike
Living in Northern Europe, I specifically wanted the Urban Arrow for the Rain Poncho and I have not regretted it. Even without the poncho the design keeps your bottom half mostly dry but with the poncho it's like a car. Outstanding design. Plus, I got the version with the gates belt and all and it's super easy to clean and maintenance. Would I buy it again? Definitive yes!
Best Purchase Ever
It’s hard to truly explain how life-changing the Urban Arrow Family has been for our family. We ride it every day and it is the center of our family life. It also cuts greenhouse gas emissions and has saved us over $10k from not owning another car. The bike design is incredible and all the accessories allow us to ride in all weather types. It’s just the best.
