Don’t want anything else anymore. It’s so easy to handle and comfortable. My kids really like to ride it and even sleep in it! My youngest sits in the maxi cosi and this has a really good suspension.

It's a great bike. Wish accessories were more affordable and that there were more UA dealers/mechanics in the USA but on whole 10/10 would recommend

Best cargo bike brand! Very good service and very easy to ride. I couldn’t do without one (even though my kids are older now) as I use it also for groceries etc.

We love our urban arrow so much. It has transformed our city for us, and it has transformed our lives.
We live in a very hilly city, and have three kids (4,6,7) and all of a sudden everything is in reach. And what’s more when we get where we’re going it turns out we’ve had a lot of fun on the way.
We have the cargo-line version and need every ounce of power it can give us. The bike is pretty high tech which feels a little worrying should something go wrong- but all of the routine maintenance stuff we’ve had to do has been very manageable, and urban arrow as a company have been really useful in providing assistance.

We have had our Urban Arrow for 8 years now. Through snow, rain cold and heat, it is truly helping our family in our daily life. Get one tou too!

Really good bikes, the best quality and the most fun.

Gave so much flexibility as a new mom. Also very safe with maxicosi. We fell because of slippery road due to frost, but the baby was unharmed and even unbothered by it all!

We have been riding the Urban Arrow Family for 3 years now. It is really solidly built and very sturdy for everyday use. It is super easy and comfortable to drive. The rubber stoppers at the bottom regularly push through and are relatively expensive. The only thing that needs improvement is the rain cover. The zippers pull a lot on the material, which is why it tore in our case and the elastics wear out quickly.

Everything is good. The battery installation mechanism could be better. The brakes always end up squeaking ( in MA USA winter at least). Great stable balance. The bell is inconvenient for the bars. Other than that I love this bike , I wish the bucket was heated , and the heated seat for the “driver”:) .

Really 4.8 out of 5. It's just maintenance without a bikeshop who can help is non-trivial. I've a headset wobble that I can't seem to solve by tightening. And I have no access to a bike shop within 300km that can help me. It's a me problem. Urban Arrow gets more than 5 out of 5 for safety (hit an oil slick, fell sideways with a 4 and 6 year old in the basket)- they didn't even notice and continued to eat their croissants!!! The bosch motor is a dream, the rear mudguard is lightweight, and can be a bit finicky (3 min job to sort out). It's just the best out there, and I've had a few cargo bikes. 150% would I buy this again. I just wish, us home mechanics had a bit more support.

My family just bought an Urban Arrow Family Performance line and it has been an amazing way to get out and about without being forced to use the car. And now that we have a little one who will be ready to ride this summer we are looking forward to showing our love of biking and the outdoors!

Getting an urban arrow was definitely the best decision our family made due to transport, shopping, getting to work or school. After having the arrow for 1 1/2 year, we bought a second one. Both are in use every day. Approximately 80% of the ways we went by car in the past, are now done by bike and this feels really good.

I live in York and had for many years ridden a Gazelle, but with an increasing need to carry stuff around for my work, I took a deep breath and ordered an Urban Arrow Shorty. Brilliantly, I timed it right in the middle of the pandemic, so about a year later it arrived! I quickly found it did everything expected - good battery life, good capacity, nimble through traffic. But it was the unexpected that brought real pleasure - the lockable "boot" means I can do shopping inbetween meetings, or take camera equipment with me "just in case". e-cargo bikes are sold on utility but they are FUN; cranking it through corners like a motorbike and slipping through traffic queues. Many times a car window will wind down and someone will ask - "what IS that?" About four years on it's been reliable, enjoyable, and hopefully continues sending a message to the car drivers around me. To quote one of them:- "You've just made my wife VERY upset because I want one of those, and I want it NOW".

Fantastic bike. We’ve used it a bunch, nearly everyday and it has stood up to each and every challenge.

Great cargo bike, accessories are pricy but hold up well. Wish there were more options for customisation (e.g. frame colours, box colours, etc).
Recommend finding a local bike store to purchase as it‘s a pain to stick in a van to get it to a shop.

I am delighted with the Cargo Bike Family by Urban Arrow for my daily use. The children are happy on the bike and prefer it over the car. We can cross the city more quickly than by car and in a more sustainable way. It is a great companion for my day-to-day activities.

We just bought our Urban Arrow Family Next bike last summer and we love it. Our two year old loves to join the ride and enjoys the view. Because of the great driving experience, we use the bike for so much more than just the childtransportation.
The only negative experience was the process to get our bike. We had a delayed delivery (about 2 months) with a bad Customer Support. But I don‘t know how much influence urban arrow has to the Shops, who sell the bikes.

Love my urban arrow, I have had it almost a year now and have not had any more issues. It’s as reliable as a Toyota, and has enough space for 2 dogs(23kg, 5kg) and one big kid.

I'm quite happy with our UA family performance. It became a part of our family. We can transport everything you can think of. You actually don't need a car anymore.
I'm happy with the quality too.
