Until recently, I have been very frustrated with Urban Bubble services. They would go weeks without replying to emails and emails were never signed off by an individual, and therefore it was even more difficult to follow up.

However, I am extremely grateful to Adeeb Ahmed who has taken over the correspondence with me. He is proactive, timely and helpful in his correspondence and I have very recently felt, my best interests are being looked after. Fingers crossed I get to keep Adeeb as my contact with Urban Bubble

A big applause to Adeeb Ahmed to solve my problem. He got in touch with me immediately when there is an arrear and helped me retrive it very soon. Good experience.

Adeeb was so quick to action the lack of rent payments from tenants and was able to rectify the issue immediately.

I agree with Alex Jackson, UB started off quite well being my Property Management. Eventually after the first year, everything started going downhill with no communication and evidence of fixes required. Now that I plan to change Management company, they ignore my emails for over a month. They don’t pick up my calls and refuse to take any action including their own responsibilities that should have been done. As a premium management company, refusing and ignoring communication is the last thing you should do.

I had many good experiences with Adeeb already but this time, I was bit concerned as this time my tenant was in rental arrears for two months and they were not making payments at all.
