I ordered my shoes days ago and still have not received a tracking number !! I also reached out and have not gotten any return responses . Will not order again from this site !

I googled mid heel mules and the cutest shoes popped up on urbanog.com. I was so impressed when they arrived that I immediately ordered another pair in another color. By the way, I received several compliments and found out that the shoes could be worn as a sling back heel as well. This was my first time ordering with them and needless to say it won't be the last.

I ordered my stuff 5 days ago and STILL no tracking number.. tried emailing to see where my stuff is.. no response.. Most likely will not purchase again from this site. Buyer Beware. my order number is 2393674

Iv been shopping with urbanog since 2017 and they have been great to me every time! From the shoe style down to the shipment! I will for ever shop with Urbanog. They can only get better from here. Placed an order on Saturday that said my shoes should be arriving on Friday 8/23 based on the shipping I picked, but I haven’t received any kind of confirmation. Tried to contact customer service to see if the order had gone through/been fulfilled, and you can only leave a voicemail! I also sent an email inquiry which was supposed to cc my email on the communication & I never received that either. I’m worried that this company is impossible to contact. I really want these shoes but I’m concerned they won’t arrive. Funny enough the transaction went through immediately. After reading some of the reviews on here I’m pretty anxious that I may have lost money on this. Leaving 2 stars to see if I hear back/even receive the shoes. So disappointing.

I ordered two pairs of really cute espadrille sandals that I absolutely love! However, when choosing a size I messed up and sized down on one pair of shoes by accident but by the time I realized the mistake I had already placed my order. Customer service was great! I just sent them an email and asked if they could switch my size before shipping it out and they were very prompt and got everything sorted out for me! Already worn both pairs of shoes multiple times! In my opinion if you follow the size chart the shoes fit very true to size.

Will not order from here ever again. What kind of company that sells shoes does not provide a prepaid shipping label for returns? So now I have to pay to ship it again and to re order the same shoes in a different size in which case I'll be paying for shipping twice. Yeah right. No exchange for me, you can have your shoes back. Buying shoes from a new website, it's hard to know if they will fit correctly. If I had known that they did provide a prepaid label I would not have bothered spending my money here. I will not buy anything again.

Love ordering from this website. They always have something new to choose from. Just ordered 5 pairs of shoes and they all fit and look amazing on me. My shoes even came earlier than what they estimated. Will always continue to order from them. Order #2386655
