Run ... Urban Outfitters have been taken over by robots and morons
Order not delivered, no refund provided. After repeating the issue 8 times to a mixture of robots and imbeciles on Urban Outfitters 'customer service' WhatsApp channel, they refused to update a faulty delivery post code for the carrier. InPost the shipping agent who pretended they'd delivered the item, repleted of a picture of a random gate with no parcel. Then changed their position and notified me directly that had asked Urban Outfitters to provide an updated postcode. UO refused to do this, massive side eye. The reply provided below is nonsense, they can update the delivery address; they don’t need to process a refund, that wasn’t my ask, Order Reference TP58576041.

I had to order in the shop. The little girl who served me was brilliant she went out of her way to help me and ordered the item I wanted for my Granddaughter, she explained everything to me very clearly and was excellent, never had an experience like that. Excellent

The shop was amazing
The shop was amazing, the staff were all really helpful, and my friends and I could all try on clothes and show each other without feeling like we were holding other people up as there were enough changing rooms and without feeling pressured by the staff. Love my purchase!

My granddaughter loves this shop but we live on the other side of the world so couldn't take her shopping. It was so helpful to be able to send her a gift voucher that she could use online or instore. It all happened so easily and we are very grateful to have been able to make her special day.
