Item still has not arrived
Item still has not arrived, requested help as could see it was stuck in customs since the 17th. Was told to wait a few more days before they would investigate even though I told them I required the item for this weekend.

Part of the order was not shipped from Germany. Even so, I didn’t have to wait long for the items to arrive—which came as a pleasant surprise! The clothes are just as expected; I would recommend shopping here online, even if it can’t quite replace the experience of visiting a physical store. Thanks!

Im Very disappointing experience.
I placed an order and paid for it, but I never received it,
The delivery driver delivered my order to the wrong location
The delivery photo clearly shows a place that is not my address,
Despite this, the order was marked as delivered.
I reported the issue to both the company and the delivery carrier,
but no one has responded or taken responsibility ,
There seems to be no concern about the fact that I have paid for an order I did not receive ..
At this point ,I am left without my order and without my money. This is completely unacceptable,
Very unreliable service and absolutely zero customer service
