After a month of waiting
After a month of waiting, still no reply from Urban rock or shipping details sent.
If I don't get any news soon I will have to go trough the hassle of disputing the charges on my credit card.

We replied to an email you sent us on the 20th November as we had refunded your order due to the dimensions of the package being shipped to Canada. The refund has already been processed so no need to dispute the charges as the money will already be back in your bank account.
