We've had a great experience with Beehive Mill so far. Carl Holt (Building Manager) is fantastic, he's a great contact to have, going out of his way to help us out with whatever we need.

Second to none. Urban Splash have always been incredible to deal with since I moved into my apartment a year ago (and when I had an office with them before that), but they still managed to impress me today. I had a maintenance issue with my door lock that I contacted the company about at around 10:00 in the morning... by midday, a contractor had been over and the issue had been resolved. Massive thanks to Naomi B for making this happen so quickly and making something that could have been a pain in the neck a breeze!

Wow what a fantastic event. This was extremely well organised and promoted by Lindsay.

The event was great and lovely to see how the Boatshed is a community of different companies linking in and supporting each other, which was also spread across to the wider estate.

I had the worst Landlord experience with US out of all of my tenancies.
They are extremely happy to take your money but offer 0 support in any sense. Months to respond to an email, phone lines never answer, and staff are frankly rude in my experience.
I was accused by US of allowing people to climb on nearby structures of the building, and that somehow lead to my early eviction? That is right, not me, but some people I knew?
When I was told I was being evicted I frequently asked why, but was refused any kind of information or feedback from US.
All in all, I was lied to, falsley accused, and illegally evicted from my home by US.
I would never even consider living in any US property ever again and would never recommend anyone else to.

I have found my tenancy-renewal coordinator Adele to be extremely helpful and professional at all times, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and she always answers my queries in a timely manner. I have been renting with Urban Splash for the last 4.5years and would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a hassle-free renting.
