I recently bought a Juwel Lido 200 from the website - A bit daunting given the fact aquariums can be delicate in transport and the fact I live over 100 miles away from the shop………..

Cannot praise the customer service enough!! I ordered a large aquarium (Juwel vision LED 450) and from the start to delivery everything was perfect. I was kept updated and offered options for delivery of this difficult product and the morning of delivery the driver helped me carry it inside rather than leave it on the drive.

I will definitely be ordering again

Purchased a Fluval Roma 200 tank & cabinet set.
They made an error and sent a different tank however it was rectified in a couple of days which wasn’t an issue. They couldn’t apologise enough and got it sorted as soon as possible. The pallet courier that delivered the wrong tank was brilliant and helped me carry it. Then Urmston brought me the correct tank and the delivery driver again was top notch. Very helpful and apologetic for the mistake. I can see why the majority of reviews are great and would definitely recommend these to anybody.

Me and my partner came all the way from Durham as we were in desperate need of a tank for a fish coming in the next days. 2 hours 30 minutes later and we were greeted by possibly one of the best aquatic shop I’ve ever seen in my whole life. I say just aquatics, you can add everything else on top of that. I’d argue they have a wider range than Sea Life does. Some of the best looking fish and reptiles I’ve seen. The two lads who were on site were both amazing as well. Funny, helpful and also gave my partner a coffee and our dog some treats as we had came all that way. Honestly can’t recommend them any more, if I lived closer I think I’d just direct my payslip straight to them as that’s where it’ll all go. If you want reptiles, fish or anything else regarding animals. Just save yourself the bother and go straight here!

Fantastic company I ordered the fluval Roma 200 the price was the cheapest I'd found and it arrived really quickly. Also Ian the delivery driver seemed very happy to give me a lift up 2 flights of stairs with it. I'd definitely recommend buying from these guys!

I brought my aquael 240 opti set with cabinet from these guys and the staff was very friendly they answered all my questions nicely. The item arrived in good condition and it looks awesome I highly recommend Urmston aquatics thanks guys for making a fish keeping noob happy lol 😆

I recently bought a Fluval Plant 3.0 and a Fluval 307 filter. When I finally got round to manually pumping up the system, it leaked in several places. I took it off and found an imperfection in the motor head rim. I emailed UA and they had to speak to Fluval. They did this in a couple of hours. The next morning I was told that I could have an FOC head replacement which was advised to the courier for despatch overnight. I received it the next morning. Superb service and communication.

I ordered a fluval shaker 252 from Urmston, from the moment the order was placed to the moment it was delivered communication was excellent.

It was delivered in super quick time, and I had a phone call to say when they were 40 minutes away, they even delivered on a Saturday!

Had it delivered earlier than what I thought the guys delivering on Saturday sat in traffic and still came late on the evening! Had help carrying it in the house and was shown all the equipment was there. The glass tank is immaculate and well packaged. Great guys and fast service can’t fault them at all

I had recently purchased a Fluval FX6 from Urmston Aquatics, on unpacking I found the intake/outlet hose damaged. on contacting Urmston Aquatics they could not have been more helpful, Chris in particular.
Chris responded to my enquiry almost immediately and had a replacement hose on its way to me within a few hours. the damage appears to have been caused as a result of poor packing by Fluval.
A great experience dealing with Urmston Aquatics. First class customer service. Would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing service .I ordered over Christmas as my tank cracked and they managed to get it out a week early, brought it all in and checked it out before leaving. The tank is amazing and the filter is so quiet

I ordered a 200l tank i am really happy with it. Very good communication called and emailed me, the delivery was on time very friendly and helpful made sure my tank wasn't broken or damaged before leaving, excellent experience thank you so much will definitely be ordered from you again :)
