i mean i thought i had been scammed a little and this packet was never going to arrive. they said they attempted to deliver 4 times when i was in the house and it hadn't happened, i contacted them to see what was going on, and then it was delivered when i wasn't in, it was in my garden... so not sure what was going on there and seeing all the reviews i thought it wasn't going to happen... but i have it, so they must be legit to a point...

Terrible service. I have spent days trying to contact them and the numbers are not operating.
They have stipulated the address is incorrect although i have had 3 deliveries before with no issues.
My suspicions are they are taking some of these deliveries for themselves!

I chose this opportunity which was offered to me to share my experience concerning the Urvaam company. Without further ado, it is regrettable.
The package which should be delivered between May 15 and 25 has still not arrived.

However, being open-minded, and taking into account possible unforeseen circumstances, I am in the habit of offering an honorable "way out" to anyone in the form of a second chance. Unfortunately, the written commitments agreed by the Urvaam company were once again not respected.

As far as I am concerned, my experience is negative. However, despite everything, I wish them the best in future commercial activities.

I am in the same position as many it seems. This company claims to have delivered my package to our doorman who has not received anything. The company is impossible to contact and even a visit to their installations proved to be useless as then are no longer there. As a result of their behaviour, I can only assume that this is a company of thieves....

This company should be investigated by the police. They claim the delivery failed (they lie - I was home all day and can also prove it) and just few minutes after, there is a record that the package is lost.
The contact details on their page are not working: it is not possible to click through "contact us", the click through to their social networks leads only to the main page, not to their accounts. I tried to contact them through whatsapp number - no response only automatic reply with a link where you should track your order - this doesn´t work at all.
As I see the other reviews, it seems they like to keep some packages.
