Awareness to join this kind of fraud company
Hello Everyone,
Today I want to share my worst experience with Urvam Technologies
Pvt. Ltd. I am very disappointed with this company's experience as an
employee in this company, Management doesn't recognize the efforts
of employees, don't pay salary on time and seeks ways to cut salary
illegally.
The most important thing is they loved to cut weekend salaries for
every kind of reason like if you attend less than 15 days in a month
even if you joined on 20th September 2021 date and the policy is
applied on 23rd September 2021 date. They also cut weekend salary
on your notice period time,
After resignation, they never respond to you for an experience letter or
salary slip.
Sometimes owner (Malay Mehta) behaves like Mental Patient.
When I added a google review for this company at that time they say
I'm not an employee of that company.
After resigning this company never provide your documents like Salary
Slip, Experience Latter, etc. After some time of resigning, they do not
receive your call and stop answering your messages.
