DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
Took a long time to get the "new" adapter - shipped directly from China using the preferential postal rates. Advertised as new OEM. When I got it, the manufacturer name - Dell - was covered with a black sticker, indicating it was probably refurbished. Contacted them to request a return, but got the run-around 3 times: "it will work great", an offer of a 10% refund, and finally a request for photos of the connector plug and socket and details on the computer (all irrelevant to the question, but obviously designed to make it onerous to return it). Gave up and decided to waste my time writing the review they deserve.

I ordered a Battery only to find out after placing the order that it would take three weeks to deliver.
once installed it charged from 6% to 100% in ten minutes and went back to 6% in another ten minutes once I started using it.

I contacted them and they sent a 14 step procedure to recalibrate the battery. That didn't work. So now they want photos and video of how the battery was installed and a detailed explanation, that they already have, of what is happening, and if they approve then I can send it back to China which is going to cost more than the battery.
I know when I have been mugged! This is it.
What a con job.
Amazon has many defects, but with them this would have taken 5 minutes to resolve.

The web page showed a picture of an HP OEM battery. When it did arrive after 6 weeks the battery was a knock off. The tracking number was useless. I did contact them right after the purchase and said if the battery was not an HP OEM, then cancel the order. They were quick to email me back saying that it was OEM and not to worry. All lies. I paid through PayPal and went through the whole process and was told by PayPal to wait to hear from USadapter. They offered to refund the money but i was going to have to pay return shipping. Please explain how it is my responsibility to pay for item that showed up a month late and was not what I paid for. What a scam.
Additionally, they shipped the battery in a package marked LED light, not a battery. The package did not indicate that there was a battery inside. I believe that is Illegal. For me to ship the battery back to China it would have cost a lot of money because it was a battery. don't waste your money.

Ordered from the website but didn't get confirmation. It just said my shopping cart was empty, and I never got a confirmation email. So I tried again. This time I got a confirmation number. Well my credit card was charged twice, and all I can do is return one of the items, but I won't be refunded shipping charges even though their website is the cause of the error. I still never got a confirmation email for either order. Most companies at least send confirmation emails at the time your order is submitted. I will never order from this company again
