My order went in on April 4. I have not heard a word from about shipment at all. I want a phone number for these rip off people. Please ...help!

This website is nothing but a scam. When trying to converse with them is a waste of time. Still waiting for my items that I purchased. Very poor customer service. Not made by veterans or in the USA. Run as fast as you can away from them.

As reported to Better Business Bureau: On 28 Feb '26 I ordered 250th Anniversary Coins from USA Veteran Shop to give as gifts, paying $39.96. Order # As I recall, by ordering three coins, I would receive three additional coins free (a total of six coins). I paid using my Fidelity credit card. I had not received my order by 19 March, so I emailed asking for an update. I received this reply: Dear customer: I am sincerely sorry for keeping you waiting for such a long time. Due to promotions, there have been many orders recently. We'll let you know by email after the order is shipped." Still not having received my order, I emailed again on 13 April asking about it. I received this reply: "Dear customer, Please check it. Thank you," and Photos of a small package and my streetside mailbox, taken after dark. I have been home, in my house every night during this period and would have known if a delivery person came to my door. No one did. USA Veteran Shop has made no indication it will resend me the order or return my money. Today, ironically, a brief questionnaire popped up on Facebook asking for a review of the company. When I tried to do the review, it said Facebook was no longer allowing comments about that company. The few comments by others that I could read were all very negative. In fact, "USA Veteran Shop" does not appear to be an American company at all. It appears to be another Chinese ripoff company. At this point, all I want is my $39.46 back. Thank you.

DO NOT ORDER

The products are NOT what is advertised. I spent $22.99 on a hat and $10 on shipping. After two and a half weeks of not hearing anything, i emailed and asked what was going on with my order. They apologized as there was a “backlog” of orders….. After another week, i told them i wanted to cancel my order. They said they would prioritize my order. 5 weeks later, my hat came in. It was the cheapest, worst, piece of trash I have ever seen. Nothing like the picture which looks stitched. The bill and the front of the hat could not even hold a shape. I asked for a refund, but since it is coming from China, they offered me a 10% refund and I was going to have to pay all the expenses to get it shipped. DO NOT TRUST OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. FROM A 12 year Marine Corps Vet

The product they show is not what you get

I purchased some items from this company. I should have looked at the reviews prior to ordering. After reading the reviews I canceled my order within 9 hours and after 3 days they respond and tell me that they have to charge me 10% for cancellation. The product has not even been packaged or shipped and they are charging a cancellation feel.

This company is a scam!! The merchandise is less than acceptable, sizes are inaccurate, the material is rough/stiff, workmanship is terrible and their return policy is awful! They claim the merchandise is made in America but it's really made in China so when you need to return the defective items you are stuck paying the shipping AND even if you pay the shipping they don't give you a full refund. Unfortunately, I’m forced to absorb $80 for terribly made shirts. Buyer beware!

I NEVER got my order. got ripped off by this company. going to file a complaint with the better business bureau They should be shut donw.

I ordered a shirt according to their size chart and it does not fit and now they refuse to allow me to return the item for a full refund. They have the audacity to say it will cost them money to do this. Unbelievable I paid money for something I can't wear. Obviously this company does not care about Veterans who volunteered for our Country. Do not order from them !

Beware of this company. The merchandise is less than acceptable…sizes are inaccurate, material is rough/stiff, workmanship is terrible and their return policy is awful! They say the merchandise is made in America; it’s not. It’s made in China. They require shirts be returned to China, forcing the buyer to absorb shipping, customs and taxes. Unfortunately, I’m forced to absorb $110 for terribly made shirts. Buyer beware!

I was sent a hat that had defective stitching. I sent pictures as they requested so they could see the problem and asked for a refund. Their response was it would cost to much to return it as it came from overseas. They wanted me to pay to return thier defective product or keep it in exchange they would give me a 30% discount on another product. Are you kidding me, why would I buy something else.

They show nice pictures, what they sent is total junk, very poor quality merchandise. They won't give any refunds in spite of stated policy.
And they have nothing to do with USA Veterans.
Just a name to scam the public. This is what happened to me

The 2026 memorial cap I ordered was so cheap and nothing like the ad shows! Stamped on artwork and so tacky. When I complained they actually offered me a 30% discount on my next order!!!

I’m just sick because I really thought I was purchasing from a company that backs our brave military!

Do not buy from this company!! They claim hats are embroidered but they are not. It is a cheap iron on decal. They claim 100% satisfaction or full refund but when you try to return the items they say they are overseas (China) and shipping costs are high and paid by customer. They offer to refund 10% or give you 30% off next order. There is nothing about this company that represents veterans or the USA. Stay away from this company!

As with most, shipping was way too long. But my biggest complaint is that the items are all MADE IN CHINA..... not USA company.. if you read the fine print its Veteran owned, but the clothing is CHINA...

Total SCAM...Cheap Chinese Stuff that never arrives...Don't be misled by the "Veteran Ploy"!

Ordered 2 hats and a shirt on 1/6. The purchase was immediately posted on my credit card. I have sent 2 emails. They replied to the first one and said it would be here in 7-15 days which is now passed. I am asking my credit card company to reverse the charge as a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I ordered one of their USA 250 hats and three USA250 coins. On January 3. It is 1/31/2026 now.
They have “emailed back” to reassure the shipment is still in process but this drfinitely appears to be a sham of a business.

This company is a joke!! Every item I purchased was junk and I can assure you it was not made in the USA!!
