The overall process went smoothly and was all done by email however we raised a query in respect of a previous order when placing our new order and are still waiting for a response to that query

Great first order!
Very impressed with the quality of the products from USB Flashdrive - we ordered 200 USB buses as part of a new vehicle launch campaign for one of our companies and there were only 4 duds in the entire box! I did expect more with bits missing, so I was pleasantly surprised to only find a handful. Communication from the team was great, they were quick at getting back to me and managed to meet our very tight deadline. Only thing was I got told I'd receive tracking details as soon as they were shipped but I had to ask the day before delivery, but not really a huge deal anyway. Overall, really good experience and would most likely use again if we needed them!
