The overall process went smoothly and was all done by email however we raised a query in respect of a previous order when placing our new order and are still waiting for a response to that query

Generally great communication with a couple of exceptions. Forgetting to get design mock ups to me, following up an "enquiry" when I have actually ordered. Also I really didn't like paying an invoice then being told a few days later the invoice was incorrect and I had to pay more. Then your courier left the delivery with a business neighbour but put no card through my door to this effect so I had no idea it had been delivered for nearly 2 weeks when I chased you for it. Product itself is sound and reasonably priced.

Firstly thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. This process is vital for us as we are always striving to improve our service.
I do apologise for the delay in providing the Mock up's of the flash drive to you. As they were pantone specific I was waiting for them to come in from the printer to check we could match it. This came in when I was on holiday and sadly didn't get forwarded on to you in my absence. This was an internal error that should never have happened.
The error with the proforma invoice was a Typo on my behalf for which I am very sorry for.
With regards the UPS mix up, we have raised an investigation with UPS to see why no note was not put through your door on delivery. This is very unlike them and we take this matter very seriously. I will update you once I know more.
As you will see from our other reviews its so so rare that we let our service standards slip, but on this occasion we did and we are very sorry.
Thank you again for all your feed back, we have taken all the points you mentioned on board.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, who guide you through the entire process and ensure thorough customer satisfaction before processing the order.
We have used USB Flash Drive for some years now and in spite of price variants they are competitive, and will go out of their way to meet our expectations and prices, having matched quotes from other UK suppliers for us.
They have always offered a consistent, reliable and honest customer service, and I would have no qualms in recommending this company.
