I am actually split in my rating, the website itself is very good and the surveys never go awry. BUT, I think it's a terribly bad reward system as it is right now. I have 8520 points and have honestly... See more

Reliable Information from Trustpilot
I have been completing Userneeds Surveys for some years now. I know that the surveys feed into Trustpilot Community reviews. The unbiased, honest completion of these surveys means that you can trust the reviews that Trustpilot generates. In an era of fake news, Trustpilot can be trusted! I have been offered a gift to complete this review but this hasn't influenced my review!
Losing their way.
Surveys are decent. Points value is ok. But recently the reward has not been good. Bad points to time value for what you get. And now they've taken away the 30 points for surveys that you aren't eligible for. And saying 800 points for a 20 minute survey that takes 40 minutes. It's gone downhill, which is a constant occurrence now. Most surveys take longer than they say. And if you are offered extra points they won't appear. I've mailed so many times about issues I've had I just gave up.

Interesting topics
I like to take part in the surveys as they are often interesting and topical. Also, it's good to save your points for vouchers. No complaints!

fun And easy way to earn vouchers interesting surveys and not to long would definitely recommend them
survey quality
only gave good review as sometimes the surveys do not function correctly or do not give you the option not to answer so you have to pick a choice which i believe does not give true result.

Legitimate site
Legitimate site, have received rewards from surveys. However, many times I answer introductory questions only to be told that I have not been selected, which is annoying. The rewards are All Gifts gift cards, which I exchange for Amazon gift cards but with an admin charge.

Generally good
Generally good. Two annoyances. First: preliminary questions (age/sex/location) asked followed by "finding a survey" that then proceeds to ask the same questions. Second: AFTER both of these, getting (it happens often enough) told I am not in the target group. Occasionally surveys are "clunky" - e..g. insisting on asking opinions on products I have already said I never use and sometimes not actually having an option that fits my view. But mainly intuitive and good.
