I remember the first time I opened my RX accounts and read along with first aid, I cried on the inside because I understood how much easier it could have been at that darn foreign medical school with garbage instructors. I would have been Superman on steroids if I hand understood the power of RX and U world. But it's all about your score and your network, and now that it's pass/fail it's even better I guess. You people are doing God's work with this review book and these media videos. Keep it up and thank you so much!! If I don't match ill be praying or another crypto bubble...

I got the program for usmle step 1 and step 2, I liked the questions, I like the feedback every time you answer a questions although I sent feedback on some of them and never heard back, there's always a connection issue, happens every day, I have to restart the computer and I lose the information, I tried reaching out to customer service, never heard back, wrote again, never heard back, it's a shame because the program is actually very good but the customer service is terrible, no one is there to assist you, like ever and the connection issues happen every day multiple times a day so I just got used to restarting my computer

This is a comprehensive study pack. I've been so blessed for all of this content. I love the Q banks which explain the correct and incorrect answers; the flashcards are also great, and there is a fantastic library of all of the subjects tested on the exams w/a case vignette for each topic, as well as very helpful short videos to help explain relevant topics. There are also full practice tests to help build one's stamina. Thank you for all for all of your help on this challenging journey, you certainly make it more bearable! :) God bless you all.

I am very disappointed with USMLE-Rx's service. They offered a promotion for 25$ Amazon cards for 10 reviews. I completed the reviews (x20, total of 50$) and they never sent out the Amazon cards nor have they responded to my follow-up emails regarding this matter.

12/15 Update: the issue was resolved and I did receive my gift cards although it took a very long time. This should be mentioned upfront to prevent this confusion.

The questions are very good, the material is amazing, the customer service terrible, you lose the connections and all your progress many times a day, I wrote 3 emails no one ever responded, I requested to change my password, that never happened either and if you call the customer service phone line no one will answer…

I have been using this learning tool for almost a year probably more and honestly it has been the most help in my preparation. So happy to be part of this family, who are so dedicated to learning and making sure every learning tool (lengthy explanation in form of bricks, visual learning in videos, flash card for spatial memory etc) is available for students. I might even continue use the bricks as it has so much info in a very easy-to-read and easy-to-grasp manner.
Thank you so much for your dedication and thank you for putting the need to provide cheaper education to medical students above profit.

USMLE-RX is a question bank that I personally used to lead me up prior to using UWorld for step 1 and 2. The question bank is good to get you started with facts and common high-yield information. The question/answer explanations are short and simple. I hesitantly only recommend the question bank to somebody that does not have a large starting knowledge base.

In order to avoid any of that customer service nonsense (below) and have more detailed answer explanations, better graphics(X-rays, MRI, CT, flowcharts, tables), and questions that stumble you, I would not recommend my friends or anyone USMLE-RX.

This was my experience with customer support. For some reason on my end I didn’t have the option to be able to resubscribe. I sent screenshots and documentation showing them my issues. After an excessive amount of emails, instead of processing on their end or in general helping me, Louise Petersen over at customer support made it impossible for me to be able to re-subscribe. Louise Petersen was unprofessional and refused to allow a different customer service representative to help me. The service expired so automatically I couldn’t resubscribe. There are no people available to speak to you over the phone.

I love how easy I can check the book and also make flash cards. The flash cards are not just for memory work but also make you think. I did, however, need some customer support but did not get an answer for my query.
