Highly Rated US Mobile

I chose US Mobile a couple of months ago because they were the highest rated 'secondary' cell phone provider at Consumer Reports. I thought if I don't like it for any reason there are several others that are highly rated and I can switch. It was a rocky start mostly due to my previous cell phone provider. As for US Mobile, any question or difficulty I had I just jumped on their chat function and got answers. I never had to wait for more than a few minutes. My questions and concerns were addressed quickly. So far I am a fan!

Always great service and value!

Always great service for questions for customer support on phone calls and chat . I've been with them for over a year now and the cell service is the same, no degradation coming from the carrier themselves. The value and all the extra options from international service to additional number on the same phone to taxes included, to savings more money on the annual plans to multiple carriers you can switch between. I am one happy customer and recommend them to everyone.

Rayan Afridi turned a frustrating experience into an amazing one! Although my problem took a couple of hours to resolve, he troubleshot the issue thoroughly and patiently answered my many questions along the way. In the end, I got exactly what I needed and couldn't be happier. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

Great customer service!

I was helped by Muhammad J in the US Mobile chat. I'm just putting the initial for his last name to protect his full name. I needed assistance getting my account number and porting pin because I found a promotion with another carrier that I wanted to try. I'm trying another carrier only because of a great price promotion, not because of any dissatisfaction with US Mobile. In any case, Muhammad was terrific. Often, companies try and make it difficult for you to end your service with them. That was not the case at all. Muhammad was incredibly courteous, and helped me with my request quickly. I won't hesitate to use US Mobile again when my current promotion at the other carrier expires. I am not listing the other carrier here out of respect to US Mobile's business.

Amazing Customer Service!

Omer Ali Khan customer service rep was great! very helpful and attentive. He quickly switched my line from Light Speed to Dark Star in a matter of minutes. Very friendly as well.
