Placed an order a month ago which included a few items, all of which appeared "in stock." Two weeks later I attempted to contact customer service, both over the phone and over email, and couldn't get a response. After another week I spent four hours trying to contact anyone in their customer service and couldn't get a response at all, and another hour unsuccessfully trying to cancel my order. The only solution was to contact my credit card company and report the website as fraud, which it is.
I was charged for a long list of merchandise that was on their website. I was only ordering one $14.95 item and was charged over $100.00 on my credit card. My credit card company looked up their phone number for me. When trying to call them about their mistake I got a recorded message and cut off. No receipt by email with other information. I received the package today and the customer service person argued with me about the order and only offered a discount if I returned the merchandise. They are using deceptive practices on thei website and if you don’t read everything to the bottom of the page you won’t see all the boxes that are automatically checked. Don’t do business with this company.

Very poor customer service. I wasn't emailed an confirmation after a recent purchase. The company wouldn't respond to any emails. I filled out a cancelation form, then all of a sudden I received a shipping confirmation. The order actually arrived very quickly. I'm glad I'm happy with the order because I couldn't imagine going through a return/refund with this company. Though the shipping was quick, I won't be doing future buisness with US Patriot based on poor customer service.
These guys SUCK. Do not do business with this company! Their automated customer service answers and then says "no one is available to take your call and disconnects. SO 2 weeks since I placed my order and no merchandise and no update. This company must be run out of some kids basement....
So after not receiving a confirmation email after purchasing I was concerned especially after reading the other reviews. I sent an email and ended up calling they answered and let me know my item has shipped and was scheduled for delivery for the next day. It turns out all the emails they sent went to spam. After getting worried I would end up like other people us patriot ended up doing right by me. I would recommend them.

After waiting over a month, 4 unanswered emails and finally a phone call I had to cancel my order. Zero communication, zero customer service. Shop elsewhere.
So I ordered some Danner boots. The first week I never got a confirmation email for the order, also never got a tracking number. I didn’t get an email of any kind which was a red flag. So I called in to check on my order and a female answered the phone she was polite on the phone for sure but the issue was that they don’t actually have an inventory of the boot I ordered. Apparently the boot gets shipped directly from Danner... The crappy part about that is the boot was out of stock at Danner and it would be 3 months before they had any in to order... so I asked her to just cancel my order and refund me so I could go to a local store and buy them there. Another week went by and I hadn’t gotten anything. So I called again and this time it was a male and he was also very polite. But he told me that the order wasn’t even cancelled and there was no refund on the way... so I asked him to do the same thing. He told me absolutely and said I would get a confirmation email as soon as “finance” got the cancel request. Low and behold that never showed up. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they are always great. Today I filed a claim with them and they closed the case on the same day and assured me that my refund is on the way! Dodged a bullet there for sure!
TLDR: took 5 months to get my order shipped, had to pester them with emails just to get an update on my order status
First off, they don’t tell you an item is out of stock until after you’ve already bought it. Otherwise I would’ve looked elsewhere. So I bought the sling in December, found out it was out of stock until February. February rolls around, so I check the status, still out of stock two weeks after it was supposed to be back in stock. Tried calling, they disconnected their phone “due to covid”. Sent several emails over the next few weeks, finally got a response in late March, they are behind “due to covid”, “items in high demand” blah blah. Sent several more emails throughout April without a response, finally got an email that my item shipped. Bottom line, you’re going to wait a REALLY long time to get your stuff, and you’re going to get MINIMAL service along the way.
Horrible order something paid for product it has been three weeks. I emailed with no response I have called no response I can not even cancel my order or return it because it has not shipped yet after three weeks.
This is literally the worst place to buy your uniforms. You have to a few weeks to get your order even if you pay for overnight shipping. This is so unbelievable, unprofessional, and lack of customer courtesy.
Bait and switch company. I ordered a barrel which was in stock at the time of purchase. One day later I get email telling me it's out of stock and if I would like to switch and order a different barrel which they specifically chose for me. No I want what I but for what the heck? At least I got I money back and not store credit.
The USAF required a uniform change on April 1st and we had put off purchasing the new items a bit too close to the deadline, so we decided to make an online purchase with expedited shipping ($35). This was about three weeks before the deadline. We ordered everything from socks, a belt, and high-quality boots to the actual uniform (multiple sets) and all the correct velcro patches online from US Patriot Tactical. All items arrived, very carefully packaged, in the expedited time window. The quality was excellent and everything was regulation standard. We were thrilled. We did decide to return one blouse and pants set because they are a bit big and since we are on diets the next size down may soon fit. The online return process was simple and fast. We took the returns to UPS with the printed label and a week later we had been refunded. We would highly recommend this company, and we would not hesitate to use them again.
WOW. Should have read the reviews from others. So I actually spoke with a live person today, 03/22/21. I inquired about the status of my order, and to NO SUPRISE the order is now on backorder even though my order status states in processing.
The CSR told me that the company has a NO ETA status for the items I ordered 2 of 3 items. She further stated the vendor previously was a 6 month backlog on merchandise.
She did also state that they have moved warehousing, so I now have 3 different reasons they are unable to process my order, also still blaming covid-19. I asked her to just cancel the order which she stated that it would be 3-5 days for a refund. Being a previous store manager AND a current network admin they are so many ways for these issues to be fixed.
Either way, don't buy, RUNNNNNN. Spend your money elsewhere.
i had not read any reviews until today. 3 days ago I ordered a plate carrier off the website. No updates other than the original email confirming my order. I called once just only a day after placing the order only to find out that they hadn't even pulled my order. I put in 2 status order checks and so i finally get an update saying my orders out for delivery. I can’t say I've had a bad experience but from what i had read in other reviews, I will not be ordering online from them again, hopefully they sent me the right plate carrier in the right color!!! They do have walk in stores on military posts and off post(usually where i went when stations at Ft Stewart)
Ordered in November. No updates. Waited patiently. Called multiple times. Left on hold longer than 20 minutes per shot. Emailed through contact us feature. No response. Logged into website. No option to cancel order. Forgot about it for the time being. March rolls around...yes, 5 months later and I get a ship notification. Call customer service. Wait on hold at length again. Get through finally. Agent tells me she can't stop the shipment (even though only a label had been created at this point). She tells me to receive and return the shipment. She had not listened to me as I had instructed that I moved and was no longer in that zip code. I told her I was calling my credit card company to place a cancellation on the charge. She said no need to do that and finally offered to contact UPS and have the product "returned." Horrible, horrible experience. No checking in. No updates. No communication. No way to get ahold of someone in a reasonable amount of time. Never again. And I am not someone to leave bad reviews. Don't do it people.
Late order, bad customer service.
Was told when I ordered an item it would be back in stock Feb 1. Now over 2 months later, I am told it will be back in stock Apr 1. All emails and voicemails went unreturned.
Don't buy from them. I ordered boots a month ago from them and they still haven't shipped. They are not returning any of my emails or DM's on Instagram. This is so frustrating as I need my boots ASAP before ABU's are out of regulation. What an inconvenience and a giant scam!!
Basically I had waited for my order more than two months and order status was still on processing. I had request to customer service if they can change my delivery address. Then what they did was they cancelled my whole orders without my concern which really pissed me off. It was worst customer service from such big name company. Really disappointed.
This guys ARE CRAP!!! order Product a month and a half ago! Still half seen nothing! No call back! No email back! No Product to show for!!! DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
