Fantastic service after a quick chat with Scott my query was quickly resolved and I am very happy with with the service, if I need another toolbox this is where I'm going for it.

I have bought 3 of the stainless steel roller cabinets, in various sizes, over the last 5 years, and found them to be absolutely excellent, totally durable, I'm sure they will last me out. Really nicely finished, with a lovely wooden top surface. More than happy with them, when i can make room for one or two more, i will not hesitate to buy more from this source, they help enormously to organise and tidy up your workshop.

I recently purchased a tool chest, was delivered really quickly after a couple of days two of wheels bent I sent a message to the customer service department and within an hour the issue was resolved with a deep apology and a completely free replacement. I highly recommend their company 10/10

No email confirmation. No idea about delivery date. Have no idea whether my very expensive order is even going to come.

My wife treated me to a toolbox for my birthday, delivered really quick, well packaged but on opening there were marks on both the front & rear of the cabinet I contacted the supplier to explain & enclosed pictures. Customer service, Scott McCarthy of FP Trading Ltd, replied within 24 hours offering me a solution. Highly recommend both the company & customer service A*****

Had the pleasure of dealing with Scott who quickly sorted out a payment glitch regarding a top quality trolley with a drawer. Customer service and contact was impeccable and shows the levels this company goes to provide a top service , Highly recommend and will use again.

This toolbox is extremely well made for the money. I have had more expensive toolboxes in the past that this puts to shame. Very impressed!
There were a couple issues with the delivery but Scott has sorted this all out and literally could not have been more helpful.
I would definitely recommend and would buy again, I would only ask for a different courier

Well made tool box plus 10 year warranty

Great tool box, well packed and delivered super quick.. Good correspondence from Scott as well. Special mention to delivery driver who went above and beyond to get the very heavy and large box onto my drive.

Toolbox arrived damaged but the team quickly rectified the problem to my satisfaction, will use again! Great service.

Quick shipping and very good tool chest and cabinet. I bought the 13 drawer combination and looks really professional, especially in gloss black. Each drawer also came with a foam mat so should stop things rolling around.

Ordered a travel hardcase April 2024.

No correspondence from the company upon ordering. Rang them to find out what the story was and was told I'd get an email when it was sent out which I believe to be fair enough.

Email came later that day and box was sent out. Tool case arrived 2 days later in the cheapest cardboard box, torn in half with not a stitch of bubble wrap nothing which believe me... it needed because the case was alot to be desired.

The pull handle on the case was broken off, the lid of the case was warped in the middle.and the plastic was scuffed.

So what can they do differently?
Package the box better would be the big one, this is a middle of the road alternative to a peli 1510, when I recieved the US Pro case I just ended up buying the peli anyway out of frustration and took the mindset of if it broke getting shipped here it'll surely break out and about.

The order was straight forward.. however I have not received an order confirmation or delivery details. Suppose to be next working day. Will see.

What a great company to do business with, we ordered the tool box on Monday, we received on Tuesday but unfortunately we had to return it as it was not big enough.
The courier collected the tool box on Wednesday and USPRO have issued a refund.
Scott was brilliant to deal with and we will definitely get another tool Bob shortly.
