Bought a tool chest roll cab for my son via ebay, 12 month into his apprenticeship so he was over the moon with it. Awsome starter kit. Customer service was 1st class and they helped answer any query. Will definitely be getting a bigger one when necessary. Thanks guys

Bought a tool box via eBay damaged been delivered replacement sent up was working fine for 3 months then drawers wouldn't lock emailed Scott McCarthy he gave me cyristal clear instructions on how to fix it was perfectly worded and did what he said took 2 minutes of my time and problem solved

I was very happy with they way the product was packaged and delivered. The product itself was of good quality also. My queries were answered over the weekend promptly by Scott McCarthy even though it was out of trading hours.

I bought a tool trolly it was slightly damaged and they quickly offered me a few options I took the partial refund of £50 and Scott McCarthy was quick and helpful with the whole situation

My partner ordered a tool box on the Saturday and it arrived today. I highly recommend US Pro Tools as my partner was over the moon with his black and green tool box and it was a very prompt service.

I had gotten a 7 drawer tool box left to me in my grandads will he had bought just over a year ago. I had lost the key and the support team have sent me out a brand new lock and key to replace the old one. The support is tremendous and are very responsive to their customers!

I’m very pleased with 723 US PRO tool chest and value for money which I brought from them a few months ago it well made and also they was very helpful as I lost my keys and sales person, replacing lock and key I rated them 5 star

Gas struts failed on my tool box lockers, after just a few quick emails they have been posted and will be with me in a few days, amazing product for the cost and brilliant after sales care, 10/10 recommend
