Tech Support for OneDrive Sync Issue

First tech was unable to solve problem quickly so he sent email asking for me to provide time/days I would be available. Roderick, the second tech called in one of the time windows I requested. I showed him problem and after a quick analysis, he solved the problem and even more important, he showed me how to fix it when it happens again.

Once I was able to get the advanced…

Once I was able to get the advanced tech, the problem was quickly fixed as I knew it would be. However, it took me the second day with much anger to get the advanced tech to call.

I really appreciated Josh

I really appreciated Josh. He really researched the history issue and found it is actually a Microsoft Edge issue as noted by other techs having the same problem with their customers.

US Tech Support from IOLA Technologies

US Tech Support from IOLA Technologies
My experience with IOLA was very positive. The technicians are very quick in responding to your technical needs They explain thoroughly what they will do to fix your problem. Once the problem is resolved, they go into detail and explain what exactly they did to handle my issue and offer advice as to how to maintain the PC to keep it running smoothly.

The wonderful technician Jan Torrente…

The wonderful technician Jan Torrente was excellent in finding the many problems in the computer and resolving them. He was very patient with me as I am 82 years old and handicapped. He deserves not 5 but 10 gold stars.

Very profession and solved all problems.

The tech quickly solved all my issues. The only problem was getting help to start with since your office never called me back after I made a 7AM appointment. I had to call after waiting 2.5 hours for a call back again called and waited on the phone for 35 minutes.
