Outlook 2013 running VERY slow with emails

I am using Outlook 2013 for my email program.
Receiving and sending emails was painfully slow, (15 min for a 1 MB file). That forced me to have to use a hotspot from my phone to run my internet program. Janie resolved that issue and now my internet is running as it should. Very happy with the work Jamie and USTech did for me.

recovering data to my own system

This was a recovery of my data to my own system as a follow-up to a local computer support systems analysis when I quit practicing medicine. They were clear and helpful. They transferred me to tech support which took about 2 hours to contact me. and completed my request.

Efficient resolution of issue by David!

I have been a customer for over 15 years or so. Once I connected with David it only took 38 minutes to resolve my issues and that is the fastest I have ever had an issue resolved over the many years. David was efficient, professional & easy to understand.

Fast professional effective

I said I'd be available at 10 am the next day. I got the call at 10:13. My technician was respectful professional and most importantly knowledgeable. he resolved my issue quickly. Great experience.

IOLO problems resolved

Had two problems both completely fixed in record time and whilst I watched on my screen. The online Tech help, Kevin, was excellent and passed me to the Tech Support straight away. Joelle was a pleasure to talk too as she explained what she was doing step by step. Both very professional but very welcoming and easy to talk too. Well done IOLO / USTechSupport.
